    I purchase three phone cards at around 8 p.m., waited about 20-30 minutes for the verification, checked bank account to make sure the payment went through. Everything checked ok with the bank and my registration information but no calls or emails regarding the purchased. I emailed the worldphone.com, which is the only way to contact them. Hours after no phone calls nor email still. The next morning at 9 am, I emailed them at least 4 times, I finally got my verification over the phone at around 10am. It took them over 24 hours. They have the worst customer service.

    World Phone Card Customer Service was terrible. I was put on hold for extended periods of time. Finally I was told my card would be fixed in 20 minutes and it was still not working 2 hours later. When I called back to find out what was taking so long I was told to call back tomorrow.

    I bought a $20 card for over 300 minutes with connect fee of 0.19 from World Phone Card. Every 5 minutes or so the line would disconnect. This happened 4 times, and then it would not connect me anymore.

    I will not use again, even though they are very cheap. In the end, you really don't save any money with the connection fees and wasted time.
