Good Points: Easy to use Can use almost every type of language used in websites, including Javascript and CoolScript
Bad Points: The layout is not set-out well
General comments: Dreamweaver 8 is a brilliant piece of HTML editing software that allows you to design your very own website using every web language you could ever need to use!
There's a great beginner's wizard to help you along if you don't have the foggiest of where to start and where to go with the software.
If you know what you're doing, you pick your page type, which includes a basic HTML page and a Javascript page (it's your choice), and then you have loads of things you can do with the software.
If you don't want to have to type in a whole bunch of coding tags, all you have to do is turn to design view and get the software to do it all for you. Or, if you want to get the software to do the coding for you, but for the sake of your interest you want to see what the tags actually are, turn to split view to see both!
The software has the ability of inserting Flash Text, Flash buttons, HTML Fireworks and Macromedia flash media into a website... if you use it properly. If you don't know how to do this, you simply have to consult the help service!
Dreamweaver 8 is a brilliant piece of work, that has extended the ease of use of all Dreamweaver software.
