    A complete waste of time and money! The card I bought allowed me 4 hours and 38 minutes. I spoke for about 30 mins. Next time I was trying to call I had only 3 hours left!!! "POOR" is too good to describe the quality of the call. I lost the recepient of the call for periods of time, as long as a minute! The other party had the same problem that they couldnt hear me. I am definitely going to cancel this service, and I hope its not going to be another pain!

    I have been using Alosmart on and off for the last 9 years. I was never as satisfied as now with the Pinless Platinum card. I bought a card and used it. there were $21.72 left on the account. I went back home and came back after 3 month and I wanted to use the card again. To my surprise there were $21.72 left on it. They charge nothing , no fees no maintenance... Finally i found a card that i can use anytime i want. I recommend that you try the Pinless Platinum card and not the other cards on th ...

    AloSmart is the worst calling card ever!!! technical support is terrible, access numbers donot work. technical support doesn't speak english well and are inefficient!

    We bought 2 cards (IT IS MANDATORY TO BUY $10) and they did not work. We called customer service 4 times from 10am to 10pm regarding the difference in minutes the cards presented. Well, the truth is that none of the cards really offer the same number of minutes advertised in their website. Alosmart.com says 49 minutes to Belarus, and the phone system only allowed for 37. On top of that, when we dialed the phone calls did not go through. So finally we decided to call them at night frustrated with ...

    I bought 2 cards for $6 each. Each card was supposed to give me 150 minutes. I called twice, in two sequential days, 3 minutes each and my cards were gone. When called to clarify was told, AloSmart charge $.40 per day in maintenance, and 20% tax for each call? I do not recommend www.alosmart.com.

    I was not happy with the cards as I personally found them to be of low quality, in my opinion anyway as I have had better for my money - and unhelpful customer service as when I complained I personally feel they didnt try hard enough and as far as I am aware never offered a refund.
    Not worth the money for me as everything was bad as far as I am concerned that happened in my experience. Therefore I do not recommend www.alosmart.com.

    Ovel all I like AloSmart and I still buy from them because if I buy a "bad" card I do not worry about it. I just call and they replace it for me. So basicly I try the cards on their expenses.
    Much better then other sites where they do not replace the cards for you and you have to try on your own expense.

    Good customer service, no connection problems, some minutes loss but I guess it's not there fault it's the cards provider's.

    I only got 19 minutes out of the promised 43 with the AloSmart phone card. The clarity would probably be better if we were shouting all the way across the ocean. It takes more than a few attempts for the call to get connected. The customer service number they provide along with the pins doesn't work. It takes you through the lengthy menu and then disconnects the call when you push 0 to talk to an operator.

    Their claimed talking time is far shorter than the real thing. I had purchased two phone cards online from AloSmart, and I found out that the claim of their actual minutes, when I used the cards, was not true.

    Customer service is absolutely poor!!!!!

    I bought quite a number of phone cards from AloSmart. Having some experience with many phonecard sites, I am usually quite forgiving when card rates are not what they claim to be, since there are lots of hidden charges. So when some of the cards I bought are basically 50% of the value they promised, I figured maybe it was just the card, so I switched to other cards.     I have been buying from alosmart for more than a year. I had some problems but they were all fixed. Sometimes i had my money refunded or minuteS added or card replaced. Over all i trust buying from them again because i do not worry about getting a bad phone card. Maximum i replace it :)
