This is the second time I have bought tyres via internet at www.mytyres.co.uk and again I am very pleased with the experience. They have a great offer in products and prices, so it was really easy and fast for me to find the perfect tyres for my car. Mytyres does also offer a Fully Fitted service, i.e. you pay for the fitting also in their shop and you do not have to worry about the fitting costs anymore.. This is a new service, which I have also decided to test and I find it really comfortable not having to worry about anything.
The order process is short, easy and straight to the point. Mytyres.co.uk offers many payment options which does also show that they care about their customers.
The tyres were delivered to the fitting station I chose during the order process and within the expected time my tyres were delivered (3 days), I arranged the fitting with the garage owner, went there, presented the fitting voucher I got from mytyres.co.uk and got my tyres fitted within 40 minutes. The people at the fitting station were friendly and professional.
I will recommend www.mytyres.co.uk to all my friends

Long story short - bought 4 tyres for my car. Mytyres had to be prompted to send ther tyres out and when they did it turns out that they sent the wrong ones. As they had been sent to a fitting garage the fitter put them on and I'm now left fighting to get the tyres I paidf for and having to shelve out for fitting again despite having none of the blame.

I hope you guys are reading this as I'll be telling everyone I know that you guys are lousy. Customer service awful. Rude, abrupt and no acknowl ...

Used Mytyres twice before with no problems, got the tyres on time and all was well. Third time of using them I have a problem, the tyres were not delivered by the date stated. After a few calls and emails I find they forgot to put them on the van (or so they say). I cancelled the order and bought tyres from elsewhere having been told the refund was being processed. I return from a trip to find 4 tyres in my garden. I phone again and find they were delivered by mistake so I can't have my money ba ...

Rang up My Tyres and asked if tyres were in stock before I ordered. The lady checked with the 'warehouse'and said that they were . 1 week later no tyres so rang up again. The same lady said they were in stock and they would be sent out. Also got the same confirmation email that I was sent the previous week. A further week later rang up again and this time I was told that they were not in stock.
Time wasters.

I got quoted £200 a tyre from quick fit! then i tried loacaly and cheapest i got quoted was £105 Each!, so before i payed up had a quick search on google, and found Mytyre's and boy! am i glad! i got them for £68.48 each inc delivery and vat! they were deliverd very fast! altho i didnt get a choice of tyres as they only had one brand avalible! its a Bridgestone! not complaining atal and now my motor looks sleek with its new wheels!...

After about 5 weeks, I have still only received 2 tyres out of the 4 ordered from My Tyres. The upshot of this is I have in essence paid £283 for 2 Nankang 225/45 x 18 tyres, making them the same price as Continentals. After my first complaint, they said they'd send 2 more out; this was a fortnight ago, and still no show. That's 5 weeks so far; not bad considering it was supposed to be 5 days maximum!

I'll now have to get the tyres somewhere else, as my ZT is running on slicks! ...

The other day I had my neighbour Steve over and as we took a round in my Ford Escort on wet tarmac he suggested that I get my tyres checked since he had the opinion they barely had any grip.
