“Good Price and range of products”

Very easy to select and order tyres, quick delivery. I needed to replace just one tyre due to an edge puncture and was pleased that a reasonable £5 small order fee was the only change in price. The range of tyres is important to me as local suppliers tend to have just the main 5 brands and then the cheap and nasty. Mytyres has the complete spectrum on offer. (read more)

Good choice of tyre ,my preferred tyre bridestones were still to expensive but got good tyres ,would recommend mytres have used this site before bought 4x bridestones before They said they would email me when tyres left depot Did so when I came home and checked email / tracker said they have been delivered ?? no letter through door ?? but when I was on tracker it said they Left My tyres at a neighbours half way up my street ?? didn't even know them ?? “Delivery could have been quicker.”

Good price, though delivery could have been quicker, but I suspect my requirement was a little obscure - I only do 4000 miles a year, and live in an inhospitable part of North Yorks. As a result I run winter tyres throughout the year, so ordering in April will always be difficult. Delivery took a little over a week, but at least I have a full size spare in the event of a puncture. Would use again. (read more)

I have used my tyres before and needed to buy a full set of winter tyres before heading off to Scotland at Easter. I had left it very late to order, but if everything was delivered to the quoted delivery times the tyres should have arrived on the day I set off - just leaving enough time to have them fitted to brand new wheels. I've had 2 of these tyres last year and the only comment that lets them down is the road holding in the wet. When it snowed earlier this year the traction was surprisingly good and I have told my friends. “First Choise Tyre Supplier”

The website is very easy to use with a great choice of local tyre fitters. I have used Mytyres for the last five years and have had no problems to date with delivery or quality of tyres. The new tyre guide for the EC rating for noise, braking etc is very useful and better than other car tyre suppliers. Customer service is good having entered my address incorrectly and then be prompted about it prior to completing the transaction. (read more)

The tyre price was very good, which is what makes this a good deal. The fitters were also efficient and friendly. There were some disconnects though in that the mytyres website appeared to give me a booking with the fitters, whereas in fact there was no connection between what it claimed was a confirmed fitting booking [which was a Saturday] and the garage who fitted it - who were much simpler; they contacted me when the tyres arrived (which took several days more than I expected by the way)... Bought for my Citroen C3 1.4HDi (92), used them before brilliant all weather tyre. 1st pair got 30k miles at 61mpg doing country and motorway miles on my daily commute hence going for another pair. Tyre is idea for NE UK weather. Handles well in the wet and incredible on snow and slush. Would definitely recommend this. Delivery from Poland but was fast and free. Good work! (read more)

website popped straight up - straigh on and bought them. not sure if your website has it but i noticed one where you can just put in your reg plate and it tells you the size of tyre. i expected about a weeks delivery but they came in about 2 days. one thing that could improve it is haveing more faces on there. anyone can knock up a decent website but the difference is people (and people are intersting!) how about some product review videos and some mug shots of your team?? “Slow Delivery”

Ordered and payed for tyres a week ago and still awaiting delivery! There is no follow up from this company. Once the goods have left their warehouse you are on your own. Sure you can track your order with DPD but it is up to you to do this. Surely they should monitor your order and send you acknowledgement of when your tyres have arrived. Poor show really. invoice, the delivery date and the tracking number. If the delivery

The service was fine except I felt 7 days between ordering and delivery to fitter rather long.- especially since on ordering I received an e mail booking me a time for fitting 2 days later which I accepted. When I arrived at the garage the tyres were not there and then I got an e mail quoting a week for delivery! (read more)

“Service and speed of delivery doesnt get any better !!”

Ordered some fairly hard to get tyres, having been told by numerous companies and the actual manufacturer Vredestein) that there were none in europe available in under 3 months. 'My Tyres' found a set of four, shipped them from somewhere half way round the globe and got them to me in 4 days (including a Sunday) Simply doesnt get any better than that (read more)

My first order arrived quickly and promptly. The carrier bloke was a bit difficult but sometimes thats to be expected. What i didnt expect was that one of the tyres had a puncture in the centre of the tread right in one of the tread blocks. I didnt find out till i had it put on the rim. I had the tyre fitter attempt to repair but the carcass was to badly damaged. And it looked like a carbunkle in the centre of the tread. This is the third time we have used Mytyres and the service and prices were, as always, great. So far we have had one set of Winter tyres, one set of winter tyres and rims and a single Winter tyre to replace one that was wrecked by a pot hole in the road. The prices have all been less than other sellers and the fact that we can get the tyres fitted fairly locally is a bonus living as we do in the Scottish Highlands.
