I was one of the first to write review about them years ago after getting CCJ against them. They complained - and I complained against 5 star review that was left under a name of one of the directors (now they are not that stupid). I believe all or nearly all good reviews about them are fraudulent. They also one of those "phoenix" enterprises - the company is now in liquidation so they trade as sole traders. An extremely stressful experience. Appalling customer service...rude staff, slammed the phone down on me on more than one occasion, didn't do anything they said thy would do. Timescales not stuck to. Made out that my registration wasn't expensive so what was I moaning about. A highly frustrating and stressful experience. SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN. My wife clicked by now on EBAY for number plate ACC 947A. When she spoke to them a man told her she could not pay by PAYPAL or credit card and would only accept payment by BACS transfer. I rang back the following day and spoke to a lady who was helpful and i paid by credit card. The following day i read posts such as this and became suspicious. I just wish I'd read these reviews before I stupidly gave them £400 for a private plate. We're now nearly 3 months in and he's just hung up on me when I questioned why I could speak to someone in person, they even have my V5 doc too, so that will be another £25 for a new one of those. I have been watching a plate with various dealers for about eighteen months now. I finally committed to it last month when I finally got the car I wanted and it looks stunning on my car. I am same boat as you, paid £1400 for a plate they never supplied!! Rude staff, Bucket shop cowboys etc. Could write some ruder words but.....
It seems so many people have court orders against them and I have contacted the police and trading standards, who are looking into them. So i hope they like prison food as that is where they are heading VERY soon!!
What is happing with your court order? Do you need to get bailiffs to enfocre it?
Regarding all the people adding the good reviews on this company, I have a sneeky suspicion that they work or own Reg 4 Vehicles. (Name removed) you know who you are!!!

The plates where a good price and the service was exactly as they described, I was always kept up to date with the progress and any questions where answered promptly by telephone. It took about 6-8 weeks for the number transfers to be completed but they clearly stated this in the original sale and the time scale was due to the DVLA procedures involved and not by any fault of theirs. I used this company because they were the cheapest. I never pay more than necessary and sometimes you get what you pay for. In this instance I had no problems at all. I was kept up to speed at every stage and received everything as expected in a timely manner. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. I paid for a personalised number plate. I've never received it, they were rude when I called asking for a refund. Calls were ignored. Eventually I took them to court. Although they found in my favour, this ultimately a waste of time as they use a PO Box number and bailiffs can't visit a PO box. Whatever you do, avoid this company. I went to buy a plate by card online. After a couple of days they made contact. Apparently the card didn't process so they wanted cash. After reading reviews I told them I didn't want to pay cash as I wasn't insured as I was with the card so I cancelled. They then threatened to take me to court. They kept telling me I would get a refund but nothing ever arrived not even my documents back. My bank have also chased them without any response. They will promise to get in touch but never do. The number plates were delivered to me really quickly and the transfer paperwork came back last week aswell.
