Good Points: accurate, good craftmanship, nice trigger, good sights, looks like a match air pistol

Bad Points: grip is out plastic, can't be by a left handed person, really expensive

General comments: The Diana Modell 5 is a breack barrel, single shot hobby air pistol with an oberall "match-like" apperance.
It's really a joy to shoot. You will hit a coke tin up to 25 yards without any problems and on the 10 meter range you can hit a quarter sized target without having to be a good pistol shooter. The trigger is one of the best i ever found on a hobby gun in combitnation with the long distance between the sights this gun gives you an easy job to get the pellet in the bull's eye.
I can hardly critizise it. It's the right choise for those who look for an elegant hobby pistol for indoor shooting or plinking in your backyard.
But if you look for a strong long ranged pistol for hunting, pest controll or long range plinking look elsewhere. For a spring powered airgun it's relatively silent so you won't disturb anybody.
Mine has already served me for some years and it never broke or failed. It was already 10 years old when i bought it and there was never a need for a repair.
So get an Diana Modell 5 and turn you corridor in an olympic 10 meter range this gun won't let you down!

    best wishes from Germany: Klaus
