Good Points: Luxury Suites are really good. Fantastic bathroom and underfloor heating. Really reasonable bar prices. Staff incredibly friendly and efficient.
Bad Points: Helpings of food too large and overly rich not everything needs a cream sauce.
General comments: Would highly recommned the Christmas and New Year breaks at the lancaster House Hotel. Entertainment, value for money, efficient service, friendly staff, spotlessly clean hotel.
