“internet banking is out of date and useless”

The only way to know how much money you have left in the bank is to go to the cash machine. The internet statements are -always- wrong. I have had things take a week to show up online (read more)

there is no in centive to using your card. not even a discount only fees .

“Coop bank account out of date and unreliable”

New to this account but I have found it incredibly frustrating I have had a couple of debits returned due to their processing systems being totally out of date, the advisor on the phone even said their Internet banking can be 3-4 days out of date! What is the point in this I thought Internet banking was supposed to give you more control over your money....just daft really. I am seriously thinking of changing my account if it wasnt for the hassle this would be. The only plus is the British... (read more)

I have found the bank unreliable as they refused to honour a purchase of £29.55 for petrol at my local supermarket.
The balance of my account was £751.00.
Their explanation was "there was something wrong with the debit card system, it should be working in a couple of hours" (read more)
