Good Points: Cheap
Bad Points: Item hasn't arrived
General comments: I ordered my brother a new set of 5.1 surround sound speakers, delivery said 2-6 days it's now the 7th. The phone number given doesn't work. I definitely do NOT recommend Xtsit. And today it's my brothers birthday, I was expecting to have them today but now I'll have to wait even longer. That is if it even comes, terrible retailer.

Found them originally thorough froogle - good communication, nice guys to deal with. Not sure about the negs here, but feel compelled to say something positive (much easier to gripe rather than compliment I know).

This is the second time I have used XtsIT www.xtsit.com. Anyone who is using them make sure you enter your correct email address as all their correspondence and order updates are via email. You can find some really cool bargains on here and they often have the latest technology. Definitely would use them again.

I am still waiting for the Xfi Gamer after 1 month when I paid for 1-2 day delivery. I do not expect to get it.
I cannot get a response to any emails and the contact number I can not get through to. Unfortunately I made the mistake of using them in a rush, you live your learn!
Please spend a little extra for your own security and learn from my mistake!

XtsIT Online Computer Shops, I made the mistake of using them so save a few quid but it is far more hassle than it is worth. With sites like ebuyer offering next day delivery for only £2 more why bother with these.

XtsIT cancelled my order for a mouse with no explanation, after sending me an email saying the order was being processed! Their phone number (from the terms and conditions page) doesn't work. They don't answer E-mail either directly or through their web pages. It appears to be impossible to get in touch with them.

On the face looks like a good source, but if anything goes wrong fixing is a nightmare!I'm at the point of emailing an ultimatum.Swap out for the correct goods, or I'll cancel claim back of credit card company, and unless you collect within 7 days dispose of the goods.This should not be necessary, but they appear to have totally lost the plot!I could never recommend this company even to my worst enemies!

XtsIT ignored all communications, charged my card, and two months later said the goods were dispatched. No-one ever called, and the refunded amount was not the full amount.

The hardware I got from XtsIT was cheap as chips. I can't find another 500Gb Seagate hard drive cheaper anywhere!
The web site is also good. I was kept informed, and I will use them again!

Website will say 'in stock' when it clearly is not. Use another retailer if you actually want to receive what you order and pay for. Wasted my time for 2 weeks.

I've been in the market for a dual core athlon for some time now, and after waiting it out for the price drops, I decided now is the time. I found XtsIT through pricegrabber and they seemed to be cheapest on the Athlon 4400 X2 (OEM) and Asus A8N32-SLI. The only thing they didn't have is any decent selection of RAM.

Having found XtsIT through Google I thought I would give them a try as they have a good deal on the Creative SB X-fi Card (£10 pounds cheaper than Scan at the time of writing this).
