Good Points: Frankly could not test any so far. Heard that magnetron is reliable, and that is the precision reason we went for the model.
Bad Points: Pathetic PCB. Far worse after sales service (in India at least).
General comments: We use our Electrolux 1780SL microwave oven sparingly (on average, less than 5 minutes per day). Despite that, during the last one year (which is also warranty period) it has been down for 4 months. As of now, it is still not repaired. Reason for downtime is that the PCB is burnt. Reason for local service people not able to repair this (as mentioned by these people) : non-availability of spare part. I am still waiting for the oven to be repaired.
