    Ordered 2 vanities from Homecraft LLC Bathroom in late May, and was told both were IN STOCK! They were kind enough to hold the order for me until last week, when I called and told them to ship. Vanities arrived 2 days later.So far so good. Our contractor damaged one of the handles when he installed the unit. I called Homecraft and told them I needed a replacement ASAP. We were having an open house the next day, and they promised a replacement would be sent out that day. We did receive the handle the following morning, but it arrived via FEDEX overnight, and we were charged for the shipping charges. They did deliver on all their promises, although I thought they could have paid for the handle shipping costs.

    Well I ordered a 72" Homecraft vanity at a great price with two faucets. Well the vanity was delivered fine by a delivery company, but I was told that the faucets would be delivered by US mail. That was around April 4th. The first problem I had was getting a sales receipt so that I could get reimbursed for the purchase.     I ordered an 48" Arlington vanity from Homecraft LLC over a month ago since the price was half what we could get it for elsewhere, and even less if paid by check. We didn't need it delivered until after we closed on our home, so we were told to call back about a week before we wanted to receive it and set up the delivery then. Now I can't get a hold of anyone and no one has called me back after leaving several voice mails and emails.

    When I ordered the Provance 46" vanity I knew it was not in stock but it arrived within the time frame promised. After looking around, comparing prices, and ordering units from other suppliers only to be disappointed when they were suddenly "discontinued", I found this company. My experience with HomeCraft was positive from beginning to end. The people with whom I dealt were very friendly and helpful and always answered my calls or returned them promptly.     Don't believe thier promises. I ordered Jan. 15, 2007 and didn't receive until beginning of March. If they hadn't promised two day delivery I wouldn't have gone ahead and torn out old bathroom. Finally got a lady who told me there were some in warehouse they were holding for another shipment but she'd ship them to me.

    I ordered off their website, and I received good service and a quick shipment. The item I ordered was in stock, so there was no waiting on shipment from overseas. Everything was packed well, and there was no damage. I ordered 2 Alexis vanities, and they looked almost the same as the picture on the Homecraft website (in the picture it looks like a gold ring at the bottom - it's wood, and I was told that over the phone when ordering).     Worked with Homecraft to understand the vanity we saw online and get assurances that it could be delivered right away. We sent cheque and unit was fedex shipped as soon as received. We unpacked it two days later in New Jersey and the 42" single basin vanity was beautiful...everything he said it would be. And the price was right and the shipping just as estimated. We are very comfortable/pleased with Homecraft based on this experience and the service we obtained from the staff.

    Overall, they are a great company to deal with. They're a huge outfit, so make sure you get with a good sales rep or customer service person when you order. Best to order by phone, as the Homecraft LLC Bathroom Vanity website only updates status' weekly. Looked around for a while. They were the best deal overall.

    I cannot judge the quality of the product since I have not received it. I ordered a bathroom vanity on September 4, 2006, from Homecraft LLC Bathroom Vanity. As of October 16, 2006 I have not received it, nor been given a date certain for shipping it to me. I will not do business with this company in the future, nor recommend it to anyone else.

    Eight+ weeks ago we ordered a vanity with mirrior from Homecraft. Staff were very helpful until they received payment. When the vanity arrive the mirror was damaged. First, they tried to deny responsibility. After Fedex acknowledged responsibility, they said they would send a new mirror. That was three weeks ago and they has stopped answering the phone.

    In October I ordered 2 vanities with sinks from Homecraft. After 6 weeks I received the vanities but no sinks. I am still waiting for my sinks! No one answers the phone, and if you can speak with someone it's all lies anyway! Stay away from these people.

    Excellent company. Since Homecraft manufacture their products in their own factories, the prices are more than competitive, Service was excellent, and have reordered 3 times.

    Stay way from Homecraft! Company was a nightmare to business with. They never returned calls or emails. No help to match the vanities color or hardware. Did not even replace or compensate the broken sink they packed and shipped.
