Good Points: Very accurate, lightweight, and it looks great

Bad Points: The stock is made of pine so it can crack if you put to much pressure on any one spot

General comments: It is a very accurate gun I can hit a small bucket at 60 yards away and I can hit it almost every time if you are looking for a good lightweight accurate gun this is the answer, but one bit of advice, if you want to start shooting right away take off the scope it save you about 20 pellets because you wont have to sight anything in

Beautiful rifle. Accurate enough for pepsi cans in the backyard, but then so is any crossman pump-up from wal-mart for 1/3 the price. Too expensive to sit as a looker in my gunrack. Trigger needs to be tossed, crossman(remington) needs a simple single-stage trigger on this rifle regardless of what they choose to do with the barrel quality control issues. I knew I was taking a chance on this when I bought it after reading all reviews I could get my hands on, and I lost this time. Sorry Rem ...

This rifle is very accurate I can hit a small bucket 60 yards away without the scope and I can hit it more than half the time and this bucket is about the size of a persons head thats how accurate this gun is. but if you want to start shooting on target right away you might want to take the scope off, its really frustrating sighting it in.

My neighbor brought this fine looking gun for me to try. To sight in, we set up targets 40 feet (I couldn't wait to try this thing at 50 yards). From a bench rest at 40' our 5 shot groups were about 4". (My shotgun shoots tighter than that) After about 50 shots the groups began to close up a little but still bad. Tried different pellets, still bad. Got my old pump up 760 smooth bore with cheap scope & groups went to 3/4" groups. Now I am not satisfied with this gun because beyond 40' it starts s ...

People...................It's called "BREAKING IN". Give it time for the gun to get accurate. You should shoot over 2000 pellets before making a review. Come back when this is met and then write a review.

This is a very poor performing gun for the money. if you are going to purchase in this price range, purchase one from a manufacturer known for making air rifles, like GAMO. there is also a signifcant loss of power after 100-200 pellets. Very disappointing, Remington should be embarrased to have its name on this gun.

Great gun, sighted in after just 6 shots, 2 inch group from 30 yds. Read the manual and make sure your scope is mounted correctly. I found mine to be mounted incorrectly and shots were waaaaaaay off. Took 2 seconds to fix it and I was shooting accurately. No bad review here

Overall, the gun is awsome, but as I stated before, get a new scope. The scope it comes with is horrible! You get better accuracy with no iron sights or scope! The only reason I didn't give it a 10 was because of the scope.

I love this rifle! The only adjustment it required out of the box was the barrel pivot screw needed a good tightening. I ran a tin of pellets through it, just blasting them into space, before bothering to sight it. Now the shots overlap each other. To tell the complete story, I'm shooting indoors owing to Minnesota winter weather and the range is just under 30 feet. But this accuracy is a good omen. It can't be accurate downrange if it's not accurate at 30' to start with. I strongly sugg ...

a great gun awesome target shooter a little heavy but very accurate also a good pice to look at a polished wood stock with carved grips i read reviews telling me to tighten the screws on this gun well they were right but DO NOT tighten the trigger guard screw or you will strip out the wood i made this mistake but the still works and except for a loose trigger guard it is still perfect

As with all airguns, it needs time to break in and tweek, that includes tightening bolts etc. That goes with any mechanical device! Looks like a lot of "instant gratification" types that give a poor review on this rifle. Am hitting 2 inch groups at 40 yrds, what more do you want? Have had expert firearms guys say that they can't believe how accurate it is. All in all a good bang for the buck. This thing is a weapon!

The gun looks nice and handles very well. ruined though as i have had to take the scope back 3 times now because it would get off center and the crosshairs would turn. i would not recommend this gun. spend i little more and get a better gun.
