    DON'T BUT FROM THESE MUPPETS. Advertise item as in stock, quite happy to take payment. No contact for 3 days, then email and say item is not in stock. Eventually managed to speak to someone on phone, although could have done with an interpreter, as english was shocking and finally managed to get them to cancel order and make a refund. 3 days later, still no refund. If you do take chance with these idiots then pay via Paypal. That way, when you realise you ain't gonna get what you ordered you can claim it back.

    Still waiting on delivery of a camcorder, repeatedly said 'I'll get back to you' and never does.

    Seems to be a one man outfit as the guy is repeatedly on site and doesn't have access to stock information. Seriously!?

    I placed my order on 03. Sept 09, item showed as available - within 24h I received an email requesting proof of address since my paypal account was not verified - that's perfectly fine by me - emailed Techstore the document - no reply for a couple of days - sent another email asking if they need anything more - they just said the same again - that I need to fax them the proof - yeah OK I didn't fax it the first time, but alright, I faxed it and sent it again via email as well also informing them ...

    i bought a "genuine" sony replacement battery from techstore back in june (it is now mid-august). the battery was either a fake or did not work. i have spent the last month and a half trying to get my money back off them. they never respond to emails, they never phone back with updates even when they say they will. i have now been promised a refund, which surprise surprise has never turned up. so next step is to get my credit card company involved to get my money back.

    I bought a Samsung speaker unit from Techstore. It has been a very difficult product to get hold of as no one had stock in UK. After waiting for 2 months with another supplier I called Techstore to confirm they have stock. I was told they have stock by a very helpful lady. I ordered the module on their website.     I ordered a spare battery for my Camcorder from techstore before reading any previous customer reviews and only read the reviews after the purchase had gone through.     I ordered a Iomega 1TB StorCenter network hard drive from Techstore.     Where do i start, i ordered a 60 inch lg plasma from Techstore to be told they were expecting a delivery in a week. I sent payment and thought great. 3 weeks later, several phone calls to chase the order then cancel the order, then asking for a refund, the promises of some one calling me back, but they never seemed to materialise. I would not recommend this company.

    Techstore shipped my goods very fast and goods turned up exactly 3 days after order was placed. Items were very well packaged. Their prices were significantly cheaper than most people.
    I was ordering an item out of stock they showed as coming to them within 3 days. I chose their slower deliery service as I was not in a rush.     I ordered a LG 60In TV from Techstore that was out of stock with everyone. No one could get that for me. Finally I found Techstore listing the product and called them to confirm if they can get it. They said it can be shipped witih 1 week. I received an email 3 days later telling me my TV is on it's way and tracking number. I am very happy with the product and will keep Techstore in my favourites before ordering in the future.

    An order was placed with Techstore for some 25m cables instead 25cm cables were received.
    - Incorrect item description
    - Product page was fixed as soon as I contacted them about the error, yet they claim the error was spotted when I placed the order. Why wait so long to correct it?

    I received a faulty product from Techstore and then did not receive any reply to an email and five phone calls to report the problem. Apparently refused to acknowledge the product was faulty despite a photo that clearly showed the fault. I had to send the product to the manufacturer to confirm the fault. Refused to refund the costs I incurred getting the product repaired until threatened with legal action. The worst service I have ever experienced.

    I am very happy with the service received by Techstore. I paid for their normal service as well. Product came to me within 24 hours. The wireless design tablet works great. I will continue to buy from them as they have good prices anda massive range of products. It was a very fast delivery. Goods were ordered afternoon on Wednesday and were delivered to me on Thursday morning. It was a great product as well.

    Techstore seems a waste of time to me if you see they sell an item below the market price but it is out of stock. That only means they have not kept the item price up to date. I ordered an item with 1-3 day stock availability promised in the website, but later I received two emails; the first one said there would be another week delay and the last one cancelled my order asking to buy at the new price which with p&p was higher than Amazon.
    I would only buy in-stock items.

    I ordered a CD-RW (for an audio device) and received a confirmation email this was being despatched. I was however was sent a DVD/CD- combi which isnt compatible. This was in November. I duly returned the incorrect item following lengthy phone calls and being kept on hold half the time. Surprise, surprise the item I returned apparently hasn't been received, even though sent 1st class.     Do not answer emails very often,give wrong delivery dates also not an option of a refund because although they advertise it on the web they in fact havn't got one. if you phone which I did it's an answer phone surprise surprise. Advise anyone to avoid buying from this company

    I ordered some shredder oils from Techstore and most stationary companies were quoting prices twice more than Techstore. I found this company by chance when browsing the internet for the item above. I was very happy with the service as goods were delivered quickly and they have phone support as well.

    Ordered a business card book and availability was listed as 1-3 days. After not receiving the book after 2 weeks I called and was informed that it was out of stock and the 1-3 days referred to time the manufacturer quoted it would send stock to techstore. I complained saying that the availability seemed misleading and I was told to read the fine print. I was not impressed! And I still haven't received my order yet!

    If you are ordering from Techstore read their stock information in addition to shipping. Lady I spoke to was very nice and explained about stock information. Goods received registered post.
    Easy to browse website and good notification of order details by email. Can see all my order history when I login to my account.

    Techstore does have very large product range. It was easy to order. Item arrived as advertised. Price was very good as well.
