    Fantastic location - great food - beautiful and exclusive bar. Stuck up staff - Not relaxed service so as a young couple we were ignored although obviously we paid the same as the older couples. Lovely hotel - Great Location - Very Quiet - A bit stuck up!

    Higher the better for rooms avoid the see view rooms in the NE.
    Service not really 5 star but there again the room rates weren't either.
