Don't touch with a barge pole. They give you a number to contact the supplier, but what they don't tell you is that the number costs £1 per minuit. It cost me £26 and I still didn't get through! Also, two separate quotes had to be contacted by the same number. Very iffy!!!! (read more)

This company needs to be checked out by Trading Standards as there is no mention in its terms & conditions that users will be charged £1 per minute if they call the 070 numbers using a mobile. What makes me suspicious is that quite often when a "quote" is provided & you call to get further details, you are told "sorry, don't have that in stock" - so why quote? unless it is just to receive a percentage of the £1 per minute call charge! i used this site twice and both times i was messed about. the first company (can't remember the name) promised to deliver the engine i ordered the next day but didn't deliver. I have ordered 2 shock absorbers for my C5. They arrived very quickly but when I took the parts to the garage the technicians looked at them and neither of them was possible to use. There was nothing I liked about this site. First you have to confirm a text that is sent to you without know its costing £1.50, and that for nothing. When I got an email with a quote for a car part I was supposed to call a number on the email. But being a little bit shrewd I did a google search on what looked like a mobile number only to realise it was a premium rate number. I used that company "Just Peugeot Citroen Parts" never received my goods, got told it would be delivered within the next few days, five weeks later they sent the wrong part, I sent three letters asking for my money back and nothing, last one was a court order and still heard nothing.... Though I am starting to find out that because they never delivered a invoice I can't prove that the wrong goods was in fact the wrong goods despite the fact they took the money and a 1.1 engine doesn't exactly fit in a 1.4 so they are extremely crafty.
Also reported to watchdog but they pick and choose which story gets looked into and didn't pick this one!

This company will leave you listening to a voice message for ages before either telling you nobody is available or to tell you it is closed...and still take your money for your time wasted. If this company closes at the end of a business day then their money making voice message service should close for business also, and not take money for providing nothing!!! Wish I'd read this review site before using 247. Ordered a replacement brake caliper for my MR2. I must admit it arrived within a day of ordering but when I inspected it, the caliper was covered in oil/dirt and more importantly, the piston/ slide and other bolts were seized solid and it was totally unusable. Hi everybody, I just contacted this company to buy a part for my van, they contacted me back swung that they have the part, but trying to sell me more parts that I need, anyway I have been agree with the price but the part never come to me, I tried to get to costumer service.. There is not such thing as nobody answer as you are asked to leave a short msg or to send an email in order for them to contact you back..I think I am going to seek legal advice too as there are 2 weeks since I have no answer nor many back from this company
