    24 7 Spares found me just what i needed another knacked gear box from a company called Goldstar , I paid £557 for it , it came was fitted and found to be faulty, i reported this imediatly to Goldstar who said it not a problem , return it and we will refund you , my garage asked for £337 TO REMOVE IT , but did say that;s the price to remove and fit , so wait until you have another one Goldstar were informed , and said thats fine , I checked in with them 8 weeks later still unable to locate a replacement, Then i was told it,s out of warranty !! and no refund will be made , in fact the guy, said I was mad to to think i would get a refund , and became very rude and put the phone down , I aint leavin there I will persue this garage for a full refund

    247 spares is only a search agent really. when you get contacted by their subribers please check on google for reviews on their company before buying.i have used 247spares a few timesand it has found me good prices and were delivered quicklyalways use credit card incase things go wrong.

    I used 247 spares and found that some suppliers are very helpful and give a good service others are not very good and i would not use certain companies again

    24 7 Spares has to rate as the worst company I have ever used my part arrived four days late which isnt good as a garage was booked they had damaged it with a metal object of some kind but left a message that its alright use the bit off your existing box....247 Spares did not supply it of course it was All Car Spares of Leeds but despite numerous Emails to 247 I have been totally ignored.and Im £150 down at the moment but I wont let anyone rip me off so even if I have to I will drive the ...

    247 is good at getting the phone to ring .but I ordereda a gearbox though one of the firms on thier data base and although initially I was really pleased with price and the promise of a 24 hour delivery.sadly so far the item has not been sent.I have a garage place booked,also a tow truck to take my car to the garage working on the promise it would be here at the time they stated ie tomorrow,ok its not 24 hour s but it isnt a big deal but the night before all the arrangement would come into play ...

    very dissapointed with customer servive from 247spares.co.uk wrong part sent had to send back at my own cost and time waited over two weeks and fobbed off buy the company telling me the new one has been sent then the courrier had lost it that they use now saying to me to purchase another one and they will refund the cost great service not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    While I would use 247 again I would be very careful about the supplier actually dealt with. As 247 are only acting as agents I'm sure they accept no liability at all if things go wrong.

    I bought several times from www.247carspares.co.uk and had no problems. Had a wrong part sent and was refunded. They actually gave me the option. Well worth a try and saves money on main dealer prices. So far so good probably used them 15 + times

    VW Warehouse agreed to provide a mirror for my daughters VW Golf for £40. This was paid for on 21 January and next day delivery was guaranteed, A week later the part still had not arrived. Again VW Warehouse guaranteed next day delivery. By 30 January it stll had not arrived and we cancelled the order. VW warehouse promised to refund the £40 as they had not met their terms of service.     I wanted to purchase a wiper motor, I recived about 6 quotes via txt and email, all seemed promising at that point, prices were similar on the quotes, but as I was in a hurry for the part I decided I would get the one that had 1 day delivery time for a few quid more, all the others had 2 day delivery times.     www.247spares.co.uk was hopeless, first attempt the part did not arrive, - was told that it had gone astray. Second attempt. wrong part supplied, returned. Third attempt, stil the wrong part supplied, After almost 2 months I am still waiting for a refund. Countless e- mails sent, no replies.. found the correct part form another supplier. Very poor , will not be using this site again. It has cost me time and money .

    Before I start, I have 16 years in the Motor Trade and have worked in Parts & Service Depts. I know what customer service is all about.....read on: Both times I have used them there have been major problems. First time bought a Tailgate, told to inspect damage while driver was waiting.     Via your 24 7 Spares search system, I was offered an engine. It arrived and is in a poor state for an 18000 mile angine and my garage cant even turn the engine over. Its jammed solid, while the supplier claims that the engine was actually running before leaving their premesis. Its a total nightmare with my sons car still off the road and in danger of now losing his job. We are now in dispute with the Credit Card Company who will have to resolve the problem.The engine is as it arrived on the pall ...

    Despite numerous emails to 247 Spares and calls after 1 week i give up. I have lost £63.25 and nobody was there fo me to complain to. I will NEVER use again. I have not had any part delivered yet and was only given a mobile number for the courier.

    Very good website. Bear in mind these are scrappers and breakers so are nto going to be gentle with some equipment. However my order arived perfectly. Very dirty and oily but what else do you expect for a gearbox?

    This is the worst experience of ordering a part on the internet I've ever had. I will never ever use them again. I haven't received the part from the company who put a quote in. Went to UK a month after order was put in & said it would be delivered to my Mothers house, but another 4 weeks on nothing has arrived yet.

    Price quoted (only 1 reply) The Used part was less than 10% cheaper than quote for new part from main dealer. Take p&p into account & it was 40% more expensive. I expect used parts to be at least 50% of new price. I will always get a quote from a main dealer.

    On whole a good service that saves time and money and easy way to get in touch with loads of breakers. We are a garage and use this service all the time, saves a lot time and you can get parts cheap, we use the website and its free to use, type in your registration then the part you need and your telephone number and you're done, then wait for the quotes to come in.

    I might be jumping the gun a bit here but it may spare someone a bit of grief if you read this. We order a replacement bumper through 24 7 spares at a good price but when it turned up at the garage to be fitted it was the wrong colour. jap auto parts, who supplied the bumper, have said that 'it is their policy to send out any part whether it matches the colour on the order or not' and want £25 to return it. Why you would send out any old part that doesn't is beyond me but to be honest ...
