Good to Great is a book on how to run a successful business. It compares great companies with average companies to identify the ingredients of greatness. It has some useful chapters on how to bring efficiency to a business and use ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) to centralise common business functions. Excellent content with useful examples throughout.
