Good Points: Well laid out and great descriptions of business terminology.

General comments: Barbara Cassani, Go: An Airline Adventure - Anyone who is looking for a read and is interested in the behind scenes of a leading company will love this book - we were both captivated and enjoyed to read the behind the scenes of Go. Since reading we find it hard to get the go tune out of our heads!! Well written - and well done!
