On March 2006 we decided to visit Jordan, and we selected Holiday Inn Amman following the recommendations of our travel agent in Athens. We have been very disappointed by the services that this international hotel offered. The only good thing of the rooms was that they were spacious. However, the sheets, the pillowcases or even some bath towels had spots on them.
Unhappily, we have witnessed during our dinner one of the waiters of the "Senate" restaurant into which breakfast is also served, taking the dirty glasses and silverware from the tables of customers that had just left, and clean them with a towel and putting them back into their place. After watching such an obnoxious show we were unable to continue our dinner.
Apart from that, when reporting this action to the person responsible at that time, he didn't even try to explain or justify himself or the waiter's practise.
