I Have used envirofone 3 times and have recommended them To Friends and colleges, This time I sold my iPhone 4, registered it on line within two days, the envelope arrived, I sent it back by special delivery on the Monday. My son suggested I try the site and he found that out of the 4 phones we had, two were worth something - one a surprising amount. Registering was easy, envelopes arrived very quickly, I sent phones in and payment was received equally quickly. A very efficient and beneficial service all round! Well worthwhile. Got a reminder via email from envirofone that I haven't sent the galaxy S3 back to them. Email had a link to extend the offer for further 1 week which was duly responded. The phone price was reduced in the meantime by £30.00 but coz I responded to the email the original price should have been honoured. But it wasn't. Deducted £30.00 and paid the balance. Never will be using them again nor would I recommend them to others. (read more)

First time I used Envirofone and impressed with the speed of the postage pack being sent out to me was received within 2 days max , was also impressed with the online update however one thing that stopped me giving them 5 stars was the 5 days it took to pay me , there should be a same day bacs which can be done or a 24 hour bacs. I was pleased with how quick i was emailed that the phones had passed testing, however, i wasn't too happy about the length of time for the funds to go into my account. I understood it was supposed to be fast cash as stated on the website, but had to wait 4 days for the money. I assumed that it was a bacs transfer which would mean monies would be paid instantly. I was overall happy with the service from envirofone, and I got a reasonable price for my HTC Sensation compared to other companies, and I wanted a company with a good reputation. But they claimed the HTC Desire I also sent in didn't for properly and only gave 'not working price' I was not aware of the problem they described. But it was an older phone and they gave me £7 instead of £20. Payment time (cheque) was ok, 7-10 days, but it this did include a bank holiday weekend. (read more)
