    I just want to say thanks to the people for posting these reviews. i was going to trade my old phone but now I will just sell cheaper to a friend or something.
    Thank you for letting me know about this before I took that road.

    Can I also say, its a bit coincidental that all the good reviews about envirofone were added to this site on the same day. Others please take into account when reading this!

    When flicking through previous reviews and comments, I am beginning to see a pattern when it comes to experiences with this organisation. Based on my own experiences I feel very strongly about pointing anyone looking to possibly trade in there phone with envirofone in completely the opposite direction.

    I unfortunately work for this company and know for a fact, that when trade ins are low they assign a team of their phone testers to trawl the internet and write false reviews. they dont seem to realise that IMPROVING the service would be time better spent than writing 'reviews'. it is ran by idiots and imbiciles, and anyone who has dealt with this company will agree with me.

    Sent my N95 to them after I had it round for a nearly a year, got confirmation email 2 days later saying that they accepted the phone at the price the qouted and it was working and my cheque was in the post...

    Two days after I receive the cheque and bank it :), in short brilliant service...hassle free £90 for a phone that I woulda just leave in a drawer for the next 5 yrs...

    I would also like to make a correction to a post I added to my first review. I said the time envirofone.com took to text my phone after recieving was longer that I imagined and envirofone.com claimed, however I was a very short amount of time, making that a good point for envirofone.com however all other points I made in my first review about the whole trade in gereral and in the second review about time envirofone.com took for the whole trade, were correct as far as I am aware and I still think ...

    I would also like to add to my review about envirofone.com below, that the time envirofone.com claimed to take to send me a letter with an envelope to send my phone back in, the time it took to test my phone after recieving it, and the time it took for my cheque to be sent back to me, ended up being alot more than I first imagined and alot more than envirofone.com claimed.

    A few weeks ago I sent off my mobile to envirofone.com, which was an LG KS360, expecting a full payment of £18.45, which already I didn't think was a good trade, however I couldn't sell it any other way so went ahead anyway.
    After being sent an email claiming my phone had water damage, I then had the option to accept a payment of £12.92 or have my phone returned, but after I failed to respond to the email within 5 days, envirofone automatically accepted the new payment to be sent.

    I'm really sorry some people had a bad experience but I can't rate them highly enough. Hand on heart I DO NOT work for Envirfone and nor do I know anyone that does.

    I am on a contract package with a UK phone company and went for the iPhone. About 2 months later I regretted it. I wanted to go back to my trusty older phone.     I got my cheque within days from envirofone , persoanlly i think it depepnds if your phones is in working condition or not.
    Id certainly use envirofone again , ive had no problems with them in the past and wont hesitate to use them again.

    altho the advert is quite annoying it encouraged me 2 send my old phone and i found the process very quick and easy!! considering the postal strikes at the moment, after sending my phone as just standard delivery i recieved my cheques within 2 weeks!! very impressed, i would definatly recomend using this site.

    i thought envirofone dealt with my phones very quick and easy.i browsed the website and followed the on screen instructions.i had a package sent to my house witch was free to send back.within a week i had a cheque in my hand for over 100 pounds.this resulted in me having a very nice shopp at the weekend.

    Envirofone was very simple to use in my experience. Payment was very fast and i had no problems. It was worth sending my phone by courier because apparently royal mail have been jacking phones from packages. Got £58 for my unwanted phone, not bad i reckon and much more trustworthy than ebay or anything like that.

    Envirofone .... reasons why i choose them over other companys...

    Id rather use them than ebay as you dont know if the phone is stolen or not .
    Its quicker , simpler , and has an easy to use website with simple instuctions to follow.
    They keep you upto date with the phones you send in by email.
    And any problems and the customer service team were very helpful as i rang them several times and they were very polite and helped me when i had a query.

    I used envirofone, sent my 3 phones in by courier due to the delays in the post office, they recieved them a couple of days later and i received my cheque by the end of week. Found them easy to use and very fast. Definately worth sending your phones

    I sent a few phones into Envirofone - I got my cheques really quickly and they sent me emails to tell me what was happening. I've now been trying to get friends to give me their phones - really good way to make some cash.

    Def reccomend them.

    Envirofone are rubbish they lost my mobiles sent two and had no cheque , they said there is a back log but this was 3 months ago now.

    DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE . USE ANOTHER SITE.

    THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PHONES . AND YOU WILL RECIEVE NO CHEQUE

    I have had EXACTLY the same misadventure with Envirofone today. HOW COINCIDENTAL they say they have received the 2 cheapest phones I have sent but the 2 more expensive have gone lost. They say I have never sent them as the package was not damaged.

    Sent two mobile phones in the same envelope! One was recieved but apparently the other was "Lost in the post" How can this be when one was recieved (and they were in the same envelope hmmmm) We didnt get what was quoted for the first phone and the second one??? who knows where it is?     they must be having a laugh, i brought a new £100 phone the other day and i went on envirofone for a quick look to see how much they would price it at. They said a pethetic £50
