Good Points: Contact email and telephone number
Bad Points: They don't deliver what they promise
General comments: 2 months ago I purchased 3 tickets for an event occurring on 31/01/06. Westminster Hospitality and Events Ltd guarantees to have the tickets to you 7 days prior to the event. It is now the day before the event (to which I have to fly to) and the tickets have yet to arrive. Having contacted the company a number of times in the past week, the only solution they managed to give was to provide me with a mobile telephone number for someone who would come and meet me before the event and give me the tickets. This would have been satisfactory if only the number didn't just ring through to an answering machine. I purchase online at times, but when I do I always review the company, however, there were no reviews for Westminster. I am therefore sharing my experience in an attempt to let others know about my experience when trying to buy tickets. I know I will not be using them again in the future.
