General comments: My husband and I went to Rusty Eck Ford this passed Sunday looking for a minivan. They showed us four different models, but each time they went to get a key for us to drive them, the salesman came back telling us it was sold. We finally gave up and decided to look elsewhere, but as we were walking out they told us they had a van that was exactly what we were looking for that had come back because financing fell through. After waiting for 45 min they finally told us the van was out West being detailed, but that it could be brought over the next day for us to drive and the salesman would call. Well 1pm the next day rolled around and still no call. I called the salesman, who was quite short with me, and was told that he hadn't heard and would call back. At 6:30pm I called again, once again being treated rudely, and was told that the van would be at the East location around 11am the following day. I made arrangements to drive it at 1pm. At 12:30pm Tuesday I called the salesman, who did not answer his phone. Becoming angry at this point, I called the dealership and spoke with someone else, explaining my situation, and was told by the second salesman that he was not aware of the van and said he would find out and call back. After two hours without a call back, I called the dealership again and was told they couldn't find the van, couldn't get a hold of the sales manager and the salesman I was dealing with had the day off. Nice! The guy makes an appointment and he didn't plan on being there! The botton line? I missed out on another van because this one was talked up so much and I passed on the other thinking this vehicle would be perfect. Then I find out that they can't find the van, if it ever existed in the first place and the salemsan who tried to sell it will no longer answer his phone when I call. I have wasted three days of my time on this and lost out on a van that would have worked for me for a bunch of crooks and liars. How do these people stay in business?

I will never step foot on Rusty Eck Ford's property again, their sales people are the worst liars ever. We went in to look at a certain F150 truck and they wouldn't give us the deal we needed they brought out another one that just reaked of cigarett smoke, I have ashma and can't handle the smoke or the smell I told the salesman this, then we proceeded to leave when he promised they could get the smell out with this Ionizer machine I said no way, but he kept pomising that they could and I could ...

Rusty Eck Ford Wichita at East Kellogg provide the worst customer service tthat I ever encountered. This is the worst car dealer that I had ever been to. Moreover, the staff were super rude and being very harsh. Their only intention is to sell their car in a damn rude way. I wanted to trade-in my car and was thinking to make a purchase on the same day if everything work out but the way the general staff do business is extremely rude that I regretted that I even step into Rusty Eck Ford at East ...

I was told not to worry about financing by Rusty Eck Ford, Wichita, KS - they could find at least one that would come through with a substantial $ down---I gave $2500, signed contracts, got a paper tag, and title transfer..---almost one full month later I had still never received my monthly bill, nor a payment booklet. After several attempts of reaching someone concerning this, an entirely different financial manager calls to tell me it was turned down-that I had to return the car!,,,He also tol ...

I asked for the price of three cars, and it took over 4 hours to get it, and then they kept trying to get me to take a car I DON'T want at ALL. I have now spent over 18 hours trying to get Rusty Eck Ford to get me the car I want. They told me there was just one car within 600 miles, and it was not the one I wanted, so I went on their PC, and on to the web at Ford, and found 5 within 50 miles, and one was about 5 minutes away from where I live. They told me they did not have it, but I had the oth ...

I bought a VW Beetle from Rusty Eck Ford. I negotiated for the car on the 7th of August but they had to detail it and the deal was not going to be final till I picked up the car. They dated everything the 7th which in turn shorted my 30 day warranty since I did not pick the car up till the 13th of August. I have owned the car a month and the car is a piece of junk. I cannot get the ignition to turn half of the time because the alarm system is messed up. The air conditioner is making noise. It do ...

Last week our family was interested in a particular truck listed on Rusty Eck Ford.com. The truck was a 2006 Ford F-150 Lariat SuperCab. The special internet price was for $23383. I called the dealership and spoke with 2 people 3 different times to confirm the price and the details of the truck as it sounded like a great deal. Both sales people confirmed the price and the vehicle. The next day we went to look at the truck, which we live an hour from the dealership, and to our surprise the s ...
