Coming from sunny Barlic,,,free view is rubbish but we got all the demand stuff.I thought i was doing right when we picked talk talk 70 free view channel. great.... NOT IN Barlic{Barnoldswick} get 40 channels. Been told only way to get more is free sat and dish and put a different post code in . “Very Bad”

I have been with them for over 8 years. They don't do any discounts for there long time customers. They always change the bill and when you call them they don't help; there call center is in india so what do you expect! The contract that I had with them was a 'fixed' contract....the price increased by £7. When you call them they have no idea that it increased and they give you some stupid reasons as to why it increased. Also, there connection isn't reliable at all! Overall very bad!… Read Full Review

I recently tried to book broadband with talk talk. I wanted to keep my landline number and just have the high speed broadband. They advised I couldn't keep my landline number. I called back to change the order as my provider told me I could keep my number and they passed me from department to department advising I couldn't keep my number, which wasn't true. I wish looking at the title. You try and talk to someone India about a problem is like talking to a plank of wood. Heavens! I'd expected of few bad reviews for this provider but was astonished when I saw how many there are. A few years ago I transferred to TalkTalk from Tiscali who, I have to say, I'd had no problems with. In a fairly short time I lost my telephone and internet connection and when I called customer services I spoke to a very rude chap who was not the slightest bit interested, was entirely unhelpful and had he been in the room with me I would haved floored him. I forgot to mention - TalkTalk recently me sent me a new router. It didn't take long for that to pack up, so I went back to my old one. I think that the new one was supposed to improve my Internet Experience. Oh how we laughed.

“Awful”

We pay for the fastest fibre optic they offer, 76MB, we have been with them for over 12 months. At the time of the subscription we had an operator on the line who told us after "checking " the line that we would be getting 66 MB /sec..... well fair enough it sounded close enough so we joined. To this date we have never had over 35MB /sec, their own speed test indicates 33MB / sec as the fastest speed we ever got... to be honest we would be happy with 30 ish, most of the time the internet is… Read Full Review

“Terrible broadband ”

I have had a lot of trouble with talk talk broadband! They have sent me letters to pay things that I haven't been using! My phone stopped working, my tv and wifi also stopped working for days! They let me get a early contract release and then they still pay me payments that have to be made. I phoned them up and I got put into hold for 3 hours to speak to a managr after speaking to two other members of staff which weren't any help to me at all. Please lets keep this going Talk talk are rubbish and as I told them over the phone just money grabbing B@s they do not listen and if you have a problem god help you, I am willing to go to court over their non provison of broad band and getting their bills wrong

“Sad excuse for an ISP.”

For two months, TalkTalk has had problems and has failed to redeem themselves when they have had plenty of time to fix their own service. “Cancelled Order due to poor Customer services”

Put order in - There was a problem with tracking my account, resulted in numerous emails / phone calls contact with service desk. They never even looked at the problem just gave stock answers not even relevant to the problem. They promised to get back rarely did and when they did I had to start from scratch explaining the problem. I took delivery of talktalk youview package phone/broardband tv 06082014 FIRST THEY DELIVERED THE WRONG ROUTER unable to connect to the TV Second router was the correct one. Now the fun starts they said I t could be set up by their engineer but it would be at least 9 days before he could come.They also said I could get my own engineer to fix the problem this I did at a cost of £55.oo wonderful I could now watch my television. awful. i paid £172 upfront for line rental. found out current supplier too expensive to leave while still in contract. rang talktalk thinking cancelling the transaction would be easy. 2 days of endless phonecalls to call centres constant emails nothing sorted. they will take weeks to refund the month. i will be lucky if i get it in a month. they want to send a check. a check who uses checks and they say it takes 10 working days just to send it.
