was with AOL and had no problems then Talk Talk took them over and I have had problems ever since had my emails compromised so had to ring up AOL to have them all reset then I have had calls suppose to be from Talk Talk saying I have downloaded a virus total rubbish, down load speeds have gone slower, have rung Talk Talk many times on other problems and they do not have a clue what to do.I have sent both AOL and Talk Talk a letter each with all my complaints several weeks ago asking them to… Read Full Review

Do yourself a favour... "DO NOT SIGN UP TO TALK TALK" We changed from another provider after being convinced by their sales patter. What a major mistake! We have had two or three outages on our line. We reported these and, eventually, they were fixed. We contacted re a reduction in the Bill for the time that we did not have a service but NOTHING. The Customer Service department is another joke. “Disgraceful Customer Service”

I signed up to a 12 month contract last June which should expire this June. However, they offered me a free upgrade to Fibre for 12 months in December, which I accepted. I categorically asked them if I could cancel this anytime and if there would be any charges ? They said that I could cancel whenever I wanted without any charges. I had been with AOL and now inherited Talktalk for my telephone and broadband. It had been ok,so I decided to have TV plus. I was promised an email outlining my new services, still waiting!! “Cut off five times and an hour on chat box ”

I AM DEAF AND CANNOT TALK ON THE PHONE. I SWITCHED TO TALKTALK WITH A PROMISE OF AN ENGINEER TO BRING PHONE LINE FROM UPSTAIRS TO THE LOUNGE, I AM STILL WITHOUT A TV. I AM SO MAD. WAS ON CHAT BOX FOR AN HOUR AND CUT OFF FIVE TIMES. I AM SO CHEESED OFF AS I BOOKED FOR 12 MONTHS, THEY PUT ME ON FOR 18 MONTHS AND NO ENGINEER OR SMS FROM ENGINEER.JUST WISH THAT I NEVE SWITCHED. What a truly appalling service. Intermittent broadband for 5 months. Engineer sent out early on, stating junction box fault. Talk talk refused to accept this and said nothing wrong. “TalkTalk Steals From OAPs”

I am putting this review on for my 93 year old mum, shes very PC savy but I have had to deal with TalkTalk for her due to appalling accents by their staff. After the hacking problems last year they offered my mum a FREE mobile SIM card for a year which she accepted. But I discovered that they were taking money from her account for this (free) offer. I have had very poor service in the past, when I cancelled my account because I was moving house. Even though I used Talk Talk again at the new address, I was billed repeatedly for the old address. This went on for months as TT had passed it on as an unpaid debt and caused a lot of stress. Despite this, I kept my new account until I recently cancelled to go with another provider. Avoid this company!!! A couple of months ago our previous internet provider tesco broadband had sold there customer's to talk talk the internet they provided us for over two years was great never had an issue untill talk talk took over everything remained the same until I received a letter from them to say I was due a change over and I needed to pick a talk talk plan ,spoke to a sales adviser who recommended simply broadband as we only use two devices they asked us questions such as what we did… Read Full Review

Talktalk started off good, got the tv, phone and internet in one package. I recently moved house and the previous owners already had talktalk installed. Faster speeds than sky. Rang up in December 2015 re free home check offer re mess up earlier in the year re peoples details hacked. Was pressurised into changing from ordinary Broadband to fibre optic plus a TV package. I ordered talktalk broadband via online on 20/11/15 with phone line and experienced worse service ever. Paid one off line rental for whole year via online which clearly mentioned I will get £100 love2shop voucher. After 2 weeks they said I am not eligible for voucher.
