    A wonderful surprise and in the Jo Malone signature packaging.
    On opening it the fragrances appeared the same. but that was where it ended.

    Bitterly disappointed in the whole experience. I am an avid fragrance and candle user I was full of high expectations. I fully expected to smell a wonderful frangrance there was nothing. A very expensive plain bath oil.

    I feel Jo Malone should stick to what they do best. It seems with so many companies now, they expand and loose their exclusivness.

    Jo Malone Bath Aromatic Oil is an experience and quickly becomes an addiction. The customer service is unrivaled in their boutiques although the retail girls at Neiman Marcus, Saks, Bloomingdales ect seem to be stingy with samples and sometimes can appear snobbish to do business with you. The boutique is so much better.

    I know a bath oil with Lime Basil & mandarin sounds more like a salad than a relaxing bath oil, but Jo Malone Bath Aromatic Oil's a cracker. I buy it as a treat or as a present for female rellies for Xmas.
