    Bad Points: Bulky


    General comments: The sound is excellent especially with my westone um 1 s, it sounds equally good with my portable jbl speakers. down loading music is dead easy too and quick. E.Q. is good as well
    I've had my zen extra for about four years and as I'm a carpenter it gets a fair bit of abuse,dropped a few times, dusty atmosphere, temperature extremes etc and yet it keeps going.

    I couldn't be happier. I bought my Zen MP3 player in Dubai whilst travelling 3 YEARS AGO!!! And for half the price!! I haven't stopped using my Zen since I got it, and I am always plugged in. Sound quality is excellent!! The Graphic Equalisers age great for boosting any sound range, beefing up base to bring out the Treble. Being an anti poopod person, the question I always ask Poders is how long they've had it? I get 2 answers... 1. Oh my first one broke. This is my second, or sometimes third!!! ...

    I bought a Creative Labs Creative Zen Xtra 60GB MP3 player off the internet via a UK company. It broke with a hard disc problem after 6 months. I then spent 2 months trying to get Creative to accept it back, as they would not accept the Email receipt I received from the web seller (very common nowadays) as proof of purchase. Even though I had registered my product when I brought it via their website. That obviously doesn't count for anything. Then as soon as they sent me back the player, it was ...
