Good Points: Friendly staff, expericened designers, quality kitchens.
Bad Points: Lead Time, too much choice.
General comments: Went to ussual kitchen places b&q, wickes, ikea and MFI but after seeing Kutchenhaus TV advert i thought looks good and different. After asking a few questions i thought all the staff was very friendly and knew what they were talking about. Loved the design which was more expensive than my previous quotes but after being shown the product, paying extra £1200 was well worth it.

I recently had a few kitchen quotes looking at kitchens from lots of different suppliers. when i went to kutchenhaus they show me everything, from where the units came from to how the are assembled. i used my own fitter and he was suprized at how easy it was to fit as it comes rigid built, Also that the worktops were oversized taking into consideration the walls might be out.
great quality, great prices..

I am very disappointed by Kutchenhaus and the service we have received. I feel it has been very disappointing. We ordered our kitchen in Jan 2008 and still not done. Wrong worktops and side panels delivered. Fitting appears to be dreadful - sealant looks terrible, worktops seem as though they are not fitted to the wall. The list is endless. after getting several quotes in the only one that stood out for quality and price was kutchenhaus who sell products made by Nobilia in Germany. I understand that Nobilia is being sold by MFI as their elite range under a different name. Excellent customer service from letters informing us of start dates, deliveries etc, to after fitting snagging and subsequent sorting of all issue. Having been in and met with a kitchen designer we were initially extremely impressed with kutchenhaus. However, we were told that the kitchen would be delivered within 6-8 weeks of ordering which fitted in great with us moving into our new house (which had no kitchen!). Still waiting for parts of our kitchen from Kutchenhaus - installed 2006 never received any return phone calls yet - have had to wait weeks/months for parts to arrive and then when they have arrived they were wrong.
Whenever I call them they don't seem to know who I am or what I am referring to. Parts that were sent did not fit. I think it is a shame as kitchen units are nice.

My experience with Kutchenhaus has been superb. This is the second time I have bought from this company. My first kitchen had one or two issues but they were sorted. Not as quickly as I would have liked but maybe we are all too impatient these days anyhow. I don't understand all these people who rate zero! If it was so bad why go there. Delivery date: Order was recieved within the estimated dates and delivery drivers were helpful.
Plans of kitchen: The designer in-store ensured we had exact plans as he knew we were fitting it ourselves.
Kitchen: Everything that was ordered was delivered correctly, there were a couple of things marked, these were returned and replaced without any hassle.
Certainly would recommend Kutchenhaus to others very good quality kitchen and looks fantastic!

Delivery: Kitchen arrived within the dates we were given. Drivers were friendly and helpful.
Order recieved: Everything ordered was delivered correctly, there were a couple of damaged items, these were sent back and replaced quickly without any hassle.
Would reccomend to friends, very good quality kitchen and looks fantastic!

overall ok,
had to wait a few days for a designer but as this was in the january sale it was to be expected. for what we paid for the product very happy. kitchen has now been delivered, two doors damaged but hasn't stopped the fitting side.
good product great price.

Product good.
Had to wait a few days for an appointment with Kutchenhaus, but as it was Boxing Day, that should have been expected, as it was busy. The kitchen has now been delivered, quicker than we thought, and there were a couple of damaged doors, but nothing that has held the fitting up.
Good price, great product.

I accept that issues can go wrong with kitchens and loss of parts, delivery, ordering etc. The problem with Kutchenhaus is when things do go wrong, as you then have to wait 4 - 6 weeks (longer in the summer, as the German industry closes down) for any replacement parts. This isn't good if you are paying for fitters and keep having to get them back every 4 weeks to find out the next delivery is damaged or the wrong size.

The service I received from Kutchenhaus was very good. No high pressure sales, no rubbish clear pricing and an honest sales person. The aftercare was also impeccable, everyone at the store was most helpful, and the delivery men were excellent helping to check off the delivery and putting everything exactly where I wanted it.

After the designer (salesperson) came up with the final price, I negotiated a further £3,400 discount. My wife liked the kitchen so much I overlooked the dodgy sales methods. Overall I would have to say that the experience of purchasing a kitchen from Kutchenhaus was very good. We bought the kitchen as 'supply only'. Everything was delivered as it should have been, the units were fairly straight forward to install apart from maybe trying to understand the German instructions and we are pleased with the outcome.
