Ihave purchased my new kitchen from the Kutchenhous on 12 September 09, and had nothing but trouble since. I have agreed to pay additionaly for the company surveyor as I was asured by the salesman that all the measurments will be correct and if any problems would accure Kitchenhous will take the responsibility of making it right.My kitchen was delivered 8 weeks later and I had my team of carpentrs on the site. We discovered that the work tops are oversized and one is faulty.It was admited that it is wrong and I was promised that Kutchenhous fitter will take care of this but since I have been ignored, shouted at when I made calls, and I was told I am not their customer because I did not pay for their fitters when I purchased the kitchen!!Well I am still waiting for them to resolve the problem and I will not have kitchen for Christmas!I still cook in my living room in the macrowave oven, wash the dishes in the bathroom sink etc.I will do more then take them to court but also to Trading Standards and Press.

We have just fitted our fantastic kitchen,We went to the Chester store as we live in Wales and could not get over the size of the store ,we were bold over with the service we received .The kitchen took 10 weeks to arrive but that gave me time to prepare the room .
I have already started to tell all my work mates to look at Kutchenhaus before they go looking anywhere else for a kitchen .

Great build quality, standard of cupboards, handles, doors and plinths all of a very good standard. Nice soft closing as standard on each cupboard and a very simple and easy installation according to the fitter!

I would recommend Kutchenhaus to anyone looking for a stylish, modern, sleek and good standard of kitchen above the all other high st retailers unless of course you have £30k to splash out but for those wanting german build quality at turkish prices then get down there!

My builder recommended me to have a look in kutchenhaus Manchester so we went down and had a look, the designer we spoke to had a look at the plans and knew of our builder and showed us his kitchen. For the builder to buy there well that was good enough for us, As there is so much choice and design options he price conditioned the design to start with, we got a little carried away but we are only doing this once so pushed the boat out. Wow, my kitchen looks fantastic, what a great product, great design and best of all.. the service. The salesman was very patient and gave me good advise on different layouts that can be achived with such a diverse product,
I would definatley recommend Kutchenhaus to my friends and family.

Very happy with Kutchenhaus kitchen. Quality is very good and is exactly as we had discussed in the store. All minor modifications or issues arising at installation time were dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction.
The installation team were very professional and answered any questions I asked. The kitchen was installed as agreed although the length of time we had to wait was a little longer than the salesman had indicated but only by a couple of weeks.

I bought my kitchen from the Chester showroom and was impressed the minute i walked through the door. The layout is impressive and all of the staff were helpful without being pushy. The design stage was simple and uncomplicated. When the kitchen arrived i was really impressed with the quality and the fact that they are rigid built NOT flat pack! This is the second kitchen we have bought from Kutchenhaus, we were so happy with the first that when we moved house we didn't need to look at other firms. The design, quality and fitting were to a high standard. They were friendly and happy to change things around until we got all the elements and features we required. We were more than pleased with the shop layout and the exceedingly helpful staff.They were not the usual pushy type.Our initial meeting was followed up by a meeting with the planner and a final discussion Tgood arrived within the time scale and the fitting team arrived very early next day We cannot praise the team highly enough Suffice it to say they were most professional and exceedingly helpful. Didnt know about Kutchenhaus before I visited the York store so I was a little wary. It turned out to be the best decision in my life.
From start to finish it was a dream and worth paying the extra for.
The free design and call out service was superb. Would recommend highly. The handles were a different size but they were replaced without question by the staff who was always a joy to talk too. My kitchen is superb well done.

Kutchenhaus exaggerated the quality of their worktops, and after sales service to us. We paid a deposit and after that it was like pulling hens teeth to get them to respond to anything. They do not return calls, answser queries and our actual order took months as a result. They positively get very annoyed if you change anythig in that order. When we finally got our kitchen delivered to us it was obvious the worktops were different to what we ordered. We were told that we had ordered the worktops ...

Just a brief note to say that have bought and installed my own kitchen and looks great and so easy to install as it comes all built to your house
Was a bit worried when I read some comments on here but suppose you can't please everybody
Would recommend Kutchenhaus 100%

I am a property developer and having been recommended by an architect went into the Chester Kutchenhaus showroom Must admit the showroom was one of the best I have seen. Thought these would be a ridiculous price but for this reasonable sized kitchen it wasn't.
The kitchen is now fitted and the property has already sold , the kitchen was a main selling point as people love the German quality.
Onto the next project now and will be fitting another one of these in the near future

Just finished fitting the kitchen and must say it looks stunning
Went to the Manchester Kutchenhaus showroom and spoke to several memebers of staff Had a design done and ordered the kitchen several weeks later
Took 8 weeks to arrive as promised , but well worth waiting for

Just (September 2009) had my beautiful Kutchenhaus kitchen installed by their fitters. All I can say it it looks a million dollars. Showroom in York looked fantastic - wide range of beautiful displays to look at to get ideas from. the Kitchen designer was very helpful and listened to what we wanted and stuck within our budget of £10k. We had a really positive experience with Kutchenhaus, Manchester. The sales side of things was good although communication post order could be improved (unreturned phone calls from the shop) but once it was all in the hands of the installation team we had excellent service. All queries were answered/phone calls returned etc. We had one minor issue due to a design error but this was sorted out very efficiently. Would definately recommend Kutchenhaus to others. My builder had given the Kutchenhaus salesman the dimensions but the salesman had read them wrong causing the kitchen not to fit. When I mentioned this to the salesman he said," you signed for it" Brick wall.
The after sales service is dreadful and parts take months to arrive even when its there fault.
The worktops are of a very low standard and are four times the price of the good old English ones so if you want to save some money don ' t buy them. Also I noticed a couple of fitting kits in my ...

Kutchenhaus have fantastic units and colours. this will be our final kitchen as we are pensioners. service from start to finish was excellant. our

The kitchens on display are stunning. There are modern and traditional styles displayed in well designed displays. We went for a modern style and its the little things which Kutchenhaus do differently that sets them apart from the rest. My kitchen looks great now and it was easy to install due to all units coming fully built.
you do have to pay upfront but this is because you are buying direct from the factory, I would recommend buying from this company as the quality for the price cant be beat ...

What a beautiful kitchen that we both love . The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The showroom looked fantatstic and all the staff were helpful and all stages.
We had been to several other German kitchen comapnies and there prices were almost double for a similar product.
Would recommend Kutchenhaus to anyone
