    Excellent customer service my boys looked the business at my wedding I was so pleased that I am now going back to sort out my cousins wedding, well done Kris and team.

    Having traypsed around the usual high street suspects, looking for something that wasn't shiny with swirls on it, we finally found these guys online. They had exactly what we wanted in terms of just the right level of weddingy-ness, but with original stock that didn't look too Top Man.

    Form to start to finish we found service efficient, very friendly/personable and reliable, with plenty of communcation at all times, keeping is in the loop.

    Wouldn;t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking ...

    From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted by friendly staff, in particular Chris who was always willing to give advice and suggestions, whilst listening to your views. Well organised, professional and a good selection of outfits. They even custom made the neck scarfs and hankerchiefs from bridesmaid dress material. Everything fitted perfectly in first class condition. Would definitely recommend them, you couldn't fault them in any way.

    Having made the decision to hire my wedding sherwani, I found it
    difficult to find many places that offered this service. Well Groomed Formal Hire, London were the most well publicised one across the web so I decided to pay them a
    visit on a cold January night after work! I was pleasantly surprised
    by the variety they had on offer (both western and asian outfits) and
    the unbiased advice of the staff meant I done and dusted within an hour.

    Very helpful and informative staff at Well Groomed Formal Hire, London. Nothing was too much trouble. Efficient service and very good value for money. Made complex arrangements with fittings for those scattered around the UK very straightforward. Kept us informed of progress every step of the way.

    Well Groomed Formal Hire were really helpful with all aspects of the hiring of the suits. The reason we chose them at the Wedding Fayre was because they were informative, but laid back in their approach. They are not pushy with the sales and offered a very competative price for the hire. On every visit myself and the wedding party felt very welcome and the guys were always attentive and professional.

    Well Groomed Formal Hire, London. Helpful and humerous staff team. Versitile in ideas and collection, accomadting to each groomsmens needs. Good value for money. Very accepting of bossy brides to be!

    Well Groomed Formal Hire - we had our waistcoats and neck pieces made special order the quality and service was excellent which made this an extremely stress free experience.

    Initially found Well Groomed through Google and used the Live chat function to chat to a sales rep online - great idea! They were really helpful and answered most of my initial questions. Booked an appointment and went to see them on the Tuesday evening and by the following Saturday, booked all the suits. Got a great deal - by far the best range and price around.

    Really good service and great range of outfits. Brilliant colour matching service meant we matched the groomsmen with the bridesmaids ...

    I originally ordered a sherwani from a tailor in India (very big mistake). When it arrived by post, it did not match my requested design & the quality was very cheap for the price paid.     I got married in Hong Kong and needed the suit for two weeks. These guys were great. They made sure I got my suit well in advance and catered for my larger frame. They really made the whole process very easy and helped me every step of the way. 10/10 great job. Thanks guys

    Ii liked the staff at Well Groomed Formal Hirem, they were warm and welcoming offered tea coffee etc. which was a brilliant service. There is no outfit under £100. Very good service, keep it up

    If I ever got married again (which I won't). Well-groomed would be the place I'd go and get my suit from. From the moment my best man and I stepped through the door we felt welcomed. Marriage is stressful enough without having an unhelpful sales assistant. High street shops would do well to send a spy to get some hints on customer service and satisfaction.     If you are looking for a place to find traditional and/or alternative clothes for a Wedding, Well Groomed is ideal. I did not want to look like your typical 'white English' groom, I just cannot be bothered with the top hat and tails stuff and moreover because I am skinny, those kinds of outfits just hang on me...
    Instead with the aid of the really marvellous and extremely helpful Shop assistant's I managed to find a really great Sherwani, which was the perfect alternative to the traditional lo ...

    I have to say, this was easily the best service that we had received from all the places that we went to. Very hospitable and took their time to show us what we wanted. The guys made choosing the suits, waistcoats and neckwear for the other guys so easy.....I don't know why I fretted! Oh yes, have to comment on the waistcoat range - in short 'unbelieveable'. You have to check it out for yourself!

    Just had my wedding last weekend and I have to say, the service from these guys was excellent. I promised them I would write a true review before my honeymoon (cheers guys!) and here it is.

    We met the guys at the Asian Wedding Exhibition in Feb earlier this year and since then, they have delivered every time - brought in samples for Asian suits, sorted out best man and ushers for the English stuff, and best of all, sorted out a fantastic price.

    Well Groomed Formal Hire in London promised a garment a day before I needed it at the latest, but they did not deliver and I asked for a refund cheque because they didn't come through as promised with the garment. They agreed, but no cheque / refund arrived after 10 days as agreed. Then 30 days later I called and the person I spoke to acted bemused that a refund had not been given.
