“Good product. Not as good as the hype though”

I bought this thinking that it was going to reduce my vacuuming time considerably. I thought that I wouldn't have to go over areas twice for example like my previous vacuum cleaner. It did make lighter work of the daily chore yet, it still left some crumbs & other things remaining which still required going over the top of again. I thought for the price that It was going to be a little better is all. Overall I am satisfied yet not not thrilled.

Purchased this machine less than four years ago, and the motor has burned out.
The cost of a new motor is £60 and PCB board is £40 +VAT, and labour so its not really worth repairing.

Would have expected the machine to have lasted longer.

However have no complaints regarding the function of the machine.

Have to decide on a replacement.
