If you are not able to get your money back and still have access try this work around. Download the link and select to send the link to your registered phone (it doesn't matter if the link works or not). Go to the My Downloads in funtonia and right click the save target as..save to the desktop...and if your phone has a sync cable and storage card. Copy the saved desktop ringtone to your storage card after your device has been identified on your pc. Now you can upload the ringtone to your phone or any phone that can use the storage card. Works wonders for me, if you are determined you will not get your money back or a response from funtonia. This will work. Good Luck if your phone has this capability. I noticed that the link sometimes will be blocked by the cell phone provider also.
