  I have bought annual travel insurance from First Direct for the last 3 years and claimed 3 times. Each time they settled my full claim with no problems, whilst our friend who made the same claim as us with a different company was refused his until he complained. In all that time the cost of insurance has not increased. I highly recommend first direct for travel insurance for their low rates and excellent service, I will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.
