    Good Points: Never fatiguing, very detailed with excellent range and clarity. Voice reproduction is second to none in my opinion.


    Bad Points: For me, the only down side to the 125's is the ear pads. After about an hour of use, my ears begin to get uncomfortable, especially my left ear for some reason. I'm in the process of buying some replacement pads right now. I guess after 15 years they're due. Other than that, all I can say is why don't I use these headphones more often!


    General comments: I've had the Grado 125's for close to 15 years, and every time I put them on I'm stunned by the clarity and detailed sweetness of the music, regardless of what type of music. Just about the only time I listen to classical music is with the Grado's!

    Having been given the Grado SR 125 headphones for Christmas in 2004; I've been using them for the past year or so, and I have to say they are very, very, good. The sound is crystal clear, it's a revelation to me, as my previous 'phones were Technics RP-HT300's, and not particularly good (but they were cheap!). The Grado's are a lot more open and detailed, vocals especially are excellent. However, I do feel that the bass could go slightly lower (maybe it's because my speakers are B&W DM602 S3's, ...
