    Good Points: Great hoover.

Bad Points: On board filter clogged quickly and, as with any 'bagless' cleaner, you gotta pay the price. Suspect the money will be made on the replacement filters but for 40 quid, what do u expect? The residue smells of what you vacuumed.

General comments: I believe the Morphy Richards Orb Pets Cyclone is good value for money, works well as long as long as you clean/replace filter. Well made for the price, instructions clear. Added gumf about pet care well researched and useful. First use easy to set up and did the job very well, got bits out of my carpet from 5 years ago.

It does not pick up threads from the carpet, but it does pick up the light stuff when I first bought this it was a great vacuum. The suction, was so strong that it could pick up a bowling ball and after a few days of use my orb vacuum had lost some suction. I would not buy this vacuum again. My dyson does not loose suction buy a dyson every body, my dyson is 100,000 times better then any vacuum I have owned.

Does nothing it claims. Wish we had done some proper research. Maybe ok on wooden floors. But is advertised specifically for pets failed to pick up cat hair or human hair or just fluff. Took ages and back aching to clean anywhere. The turbo head supplied was useless, bought another one which did improve slightly on very flat carpet but still failed to do pet hair. Feel we cannot sell it, therefore will have to bin. Have since invested in a Dyson, ok its expensive, but it does everthing it claims ...

What a waste of money! I bought it because I thought it would be good for pets, as I have two cats. It now takes me forever to clean the house. The tube on my Morphy Richards Orb Pets Cyclone Vacuum cleaner kinks all the time. The turbo brush has broken already, after only 3 months, and the normal brush is absolutely useless on carpets.

I also got the Morphy Richards Orb Pets Cyclone vacuum cleaner. I'm very disappointed with it! It was advertised especially for pets, and it has a 1700 watt motor, so I thought this would pick up dog and cat hairs with ease, but I was wrong! My previous vacuum cleaner was a Goblin with a 1000 watt motor, and that performs better.

I'm going to try a Dyson and throw my Morphy Richards Orb in the bin!

I bought the Morphy Richards Orb Pets Cyclone vacuum cleaner in a hurry, and very much wish that I'd spent more time doing some research.

This vacuum cleaner has got so many design faults. The suction is hopeless. I have got three cats and two teenage daughters with very long hair, so I needed a vacuum cleaner that could cope well with fur and hair. I bought this one as it seemed to be designed specifically for this purpose. Wrong!! When you use the head it just rolls the fur backwards and f ...
