I love Kenyon Farm! I help out there at weekends aswell as having my lesson. I love riding all the horses and the lessons are great and you learn quite a lot, not just about riding, but about horse care too. You also learn things about the horse you're riding so you can adjust how you ride, or the instructor tells you how to adjust it.

The stables are well sized, and the volunteers help to keep the place together. The instructors help you with jobs too.

I would thoroughly recommend Kenyon Farm. The staff are so nice, as well as the helpers.

Friendly, capable horses and staff. All the horses are well kept and in good health. Instructor is always willing to explain things clearly without being patronising. Overall impression is that they are willing to go the extra mile to be helpful without adding to the cost. Safety equipment up to current safety standards available to use without charge. The groups are in numbers of 4 or less people. I've been riding for about 1 1/2 years there, and haven't had any major problem. The yard is renovating right now, so it is a little busy, but this will soon clear up. I have spoken to some of the stable-hands, and they all have been riding for about 11 years, so have lots of experience as 1 ...

At Kenyon Farm children are able to have FUN whilst riding the horses, they learn at a rate that suits them and on ponies who are sensible, happy and well cared for. the horses are not overworked and everybody is made to feel welcome at Kenyon Farm. Also you are able to ride real horses not mechanical ones!

I wouldn't recommend Kenyon Farm Riding School. When I used to ride there the owners talked about the instructers behind their back and on open days they got untrained children to lead toddlers
