Good Points: Sound quality, battery life

Bad Points: Menu system, firmware flakiness, NO support, NO driver downloads, they get hot and die when connected to PC's, They 'lose' their firmware on a regular basis (I've owned six of them)

General comments: When companies design USB devices, why do they usually skimp on the interface design? How many dead USB devices are there? As an electronics engineer, I can say that most USB device failures are due to devices being unbuffered (look it up) and why? Cost.
    aaaargh.

I bought this player with Christmas money at the beginning of the year. I have now sent the player back and I'm waiting for my refund. It crashed all the time, which was unbelievably frustrating. And finally, it refused to turn back on, giving me the welcome excuse of returning it.

Putting tracks on the player via media player was excruciatingly painful, especially when you unplug the player from the PC to find that the tracks didn't transfer. Working the player (compared to, say, an iPod) i ...

I got the Logik HDD33 3.3Gb MP3 player at Christmas, and I have not been particularly happy with its performance since then. The MP3 player crashes at least 5 times every time I try to switch it on, and it is very hard to explore for my music when I am on the move. It also gets alarmingly hot when it is attached to my PC.

On Christmas day the logo on the front of my MP3 player came off in my pocket, and I was disappointed to find that they were just silver stickers made to look like metal. I ...
