    Good Points: Potential to make millions


    Bad Points: Stress stress stress


    General comments: As a company chairman and figure head of a company, you will need to know general company law and make sure company operation complies to the law. You need to utilize all resources to make sure the business achieves its potential. Some Company Chairmen get the position as they have been involved in the business since the very early stages; some get the job as a major investor, and some are invited to do the job due to their track record or reputation as an expert in the subject area.

    Company Chairmen don't run the business on a daily basis, but need to handle important meetings as well as external contacts. It is a high risk, high stress but also high rewards job.
