Good Points: Car is in good condition and good for price
Bad Points: Disgusting customer service, off hand, unreliable, untrustworthy
General comments: Brought a car that had private plates , Kite Marque Cars promised they would re-register onto normal pates as I asked - delivered it still with private plates - then took almost 3 weeks to sort it out - FINALLY got the correct paperwork - but he STILL hasn't sent it off to the DVLA so I can have a log book in my name - I have now got to pay £19 to the DVLA to get the correct documentation, absolutely trash service - do not use them

I bought a second hand car from Kite Marque Cars.
Runs a garage in a shed at a Texaco garage! who told me the car had full service history and tax and MOT.
When I arrived and tested the car, he then said he was still in the process of getting its history...as if he will even get it!
And it needed to be returned for its MOT, and I had to buy the tax off him. Fair? I think not!
Also he got the date wrong for the MOT I booked in and he wasn't even there when we dropped the car off.
