Wish I had listened to the other reviews on here and taken note.

DJ Store have appalling customer service, in fact it's more like no service.
Like others I found if you have a problem you're on your own. As soon as there is a problem nobody wants to know you, DJ Store think they are prefect in their own eyes and this is the problem, they just don't care enough about you spending your money with them so please don't.

Avoid this incompetent company and go get what you want from another reputable supplier, I even saved money buying elsewhere second time round. It doesn't make up for the rudeness and hassle DJ Store caused though.

Also, I thought selling DJ equipment they would be knowledgeable about the products they sell, apparently not!? Found this out too late. Go elsewhere.

Very poor after sales service.

If you have a problem don't expect them to help willingly or sort it without major hassle. I'm sure people who've had no problems are more than happy with DJ Store but the test of how good a company is comes when something goes wrong and DJ Store couldn't care less about after sales in my experience. If they don't care with one customer why should they care for another?
I haven't found people on the phone consistent or polite and they're certainly aren't helpful. ...

These guys could not have been more helpful.

I called and asked for some advice on purchasing a USB controller for my laptop, and they talked me through the options, the different software, and the spend time discussing what I wanted.

In the end I purchased a Numark Omni, but had a problem installing the software - which turned out to by my fault, as I entered the serial number wrong, but they helped me solve the problem over the phone.

I thought HTFR was poor on customer service but it seems DJ seems to compete equally as well. It must be a common problem with DJ websites in the UK and appauling customer service.

Having spend a reasonable amount of money with DJ store one of my £10 products, the cheapest one, (ground loop) became faulty and it's pretty integral to my work at the weekends. I informed DJ store of this and was told to return the item so that it could be tested and then dealt with. Considering it's a) faul ...

Ordered a Numark NS7 on finance. Got accepted straight away, printed the paperwork and sent it to the finance company the same day. The following day I got an e-mail saying they'd got it, and another e-mail from djstore confirming the dispatch, and tracking information - and it was delivered at 9am the next day.

Pretty much the best internet shopping experience i'd ever had. Highly recommended.

It's not very often I get annoyed on the phone with customer service people, however when I Rang DJ Store and asked for advice on a certain product and was told to 'do it on the website' i thought....maybe this is what it's like in Scotland...

DJ Store were about the best online shopping experience I've ever had. They had the goods in stock (other retailers said they did, but didn't) and were really good on the phone when I called them.Can't recommend them highly enough.

Couldn't have been more helpful on the phone. Used their Buy Now Pay Later finance, and my order was still delivered within 2 days. Once of the best online experiences i've ever had. Couldn't recommend DJ Store highly enough

DJstore.com is amazing! All the products they list are good quality so you know that when you buy from them you are buying the best there is available. The pricing is very reasonable and package deal offers always give massive discounts that can benifit those starting out on a budget.

The service itself is also top quality, email responses are usually instant if communicating between usual office hours and over the phone the support they give is fantastic.

Awesome website with loads of great DJ equipment. I ordered from
DJ Store on finance and got 9 months interest free credit, and the goods were delivered with 2 days of applying! I'm still shocked.

Great range of products, competitive prices, friendly expert advice and fast delivery. I'd been jerked around by other traders claiming stock was available when it wasn't. DJ Store delivered, exactly as promised, the very next day, and for free.

I use DJ Store all the time - and they have never let me down. Products are in stock when it says so on their website (unlike others i've used in the past, who say they have stock, then charge you, but don't ship.Extremely helpful - and very highly recommended.

I only deal with DJStore now, nuff said. Usually the cheapest i try, items usually in stock, on one occasion when item did not work, they delivered replacement the very next day

Sent goods via first class, not even recorded or special delivery, this was an order with a value of £100 - even though when I rang up to check that these would be with me next day via citylink I was assured they would be.
I needed these things in a hurry, hence ordering from somewhere that used citylink - a courier who I know the local driver very well.

It didn't arrive next day, and they or I, have no way of tracking it - I'm still waiting.

Not happy.

I bought the Numark battlepack from DJ Store (turntables, mixer, speakers etc.) Unfortunately one of the turntables was faulty, so I called DJ Store to arrange a replacement. That wasn't a problem, but they informed me they could only arrange a swap during the week (although the website clearly advertises Saturday delivery.) I emailed the owner, but was told the same thing.
This meant my partner had to take an unpaid day off work to accommodate the swap.
The replacement arrived, and this time ...
