    Lower Cost Complaints Ltd offer a swift and efficient endowment mortgage compensation service with friendly staff, excellent email response times and clear explanations of complex matters.

    Highly recommended.

    Lower Cost Complaints work entirely through email and post, though they do have a phone number. However, this email system worked well. Responses were quick, and it felt as comfortable as talking on the phone, and it was less frustrating than some attempts to get through on the phone can be these days. I had first taken out my endowment mortgage in 1988 through an estate agent which had been taken over. I kept the same policy, but changed mortgage in 1994.     I have a shortfall on my endowment and did not know what to do, so I searched the web and found lots of companies offering to help with the complaint. Many were charging the outrageous fee of 20-25% plus VAT. However, a bit lower on the list were Lower Cost Complaints, who had much lower fees than the other firms.

    I was suspicious and thought they would be no good, otherwise why were their fees so low?

    Their service was very efficient with regular updates on progress. It only took 4 week ...
