Good Points: Melia Colon was centrally location, breakfast great, could walk to most of the old town and beyond. Walked and saw more than an expensive bus tour, river tour was nice and good value. Quick taxi ride from airport. Lots to see and do including Tapas bars.

Bad Points: Being near church bells that chimed on the hour and every 15 minutes from 7am until 9pm.

General comments: This was a city break, Seville is really nice. Not to expensive. The hotel is being refurbished in 2007 but I saw nothing wrong with it in 2006. Lots to see and do. Tried Tapas for the first time and liked it very much. T-shirt weather for me but funny seeing the locals with Winter coats on!

It was January 2006 and I was looking forward to my first mainland ...
