Had an appointment to test drive car. Turned up with 2 small children, was left to wait 1/2 hour before salesman came up to us, said he was busy with other customre, but his colleague would deal with us. This colleague came 10 mins later, was clueless and said he had to go get the car refueled(!)... remember this was a prebooked testdrive. An hour and 10 mins into the wait, we gave up & left. The salesman turned up with the test vechicle just as we were leaving, there were vague apologies, which had no sincerity at all. They were really not interested in our custom and we were a cash buyer hoping to buy a new car there and then.

Visited Simonstone on a whim. Excellent & friendly sales exec, not at all pushy. Indeed, when I refused to hand over any personal info it was accepted and I was still offered a test drive, which I took. Very knowledgeable and didn't feel under pressure at any time. Highly recommended.
I would recommend a visit if you're in the market for a new or used car.

Not bought the car from them (Fiat Punto) but have had it serviced by them for 3 years. Always polite and helpful. Car runs well.
Will definitely consider them for next car.

I am amazed at the previous reviews as I had a positive experience and my family have now bought three cars from Simonstone Fiat and have all been well looked after.

I found the car I wanted took it for a test drive loved it but needed a few days to think about the money side of it, the sales man was very pushy asked for a deposit there and then, which I didn't have being a young home owner, but they phoned me every day asking for it - very pushy I think! Then I said yes and put I deposit down of £50 they said I could have it back if I decide otherwise, which I did because I couldn't get insurance, so I rang them they said yes it will be with you next ...

You buy a car for several thousand pounds, Simon Stone charge you £10 for fuel...then stick £8 in the tank. That's got to be theft? And they will pass anyone on finance. If they sell you a car and it's well over priced, the finance company will reject the finance request, so to bypass this, they will pretend you bought a more expensive car. And even have the cheek to give the paperwork to the client, with details of a different vehicle to the one they purchased. Citing some lame admi ...
