Don't bother with this website or it's email. It's a meager service for too much money. Very disappointed with the customer service and experience in the last year. Watch out if you try to talk about the problems with them - they will just disable your account and screw you over (even though you have paid for the service). Too bad, because I was with them for years (I mean, like 8 years) and something changed - I can't tell you what, new ownership, new management, but all of a sudden the… Read Full Review

Definitely avoid Rock.com email! It takes weeks to get any reply from their "support" staff, and then the reply doesn't fully respond to the issue and they have an attitude like they don't even think they need to acknowledge how long you waited. Rock.com offers free email addresses that anyone can use. It's not that nice because they put ads on your email when you send it to someone.
On the positive side it comes with free Greeting card emails. It also has a calender and schedule book.
The way the website is set up is not that nice. It is all about Rock 'n' Roll music, which I don't enjoy that much.
You don't have to be a member to get the mail… Read Full Review
