    Good Points: There are no good points.


    Bad Points: Lack of response from the so called administrator.Membership figures are a complete farce.Ability to find ex service mates impossible. The units system (Army, Navy Airforce units) is only partially in place. The list goes on.


    General comments: Since the servicepals site was supposedly upgraded 18 month ago, the site seems to have gone into decline. The site was supposedly going to be upgraded and the units system fixed by April of this year. Nothing has happened. I agree with Doug's an Herewegoagain comments. The site is only a money grabbing concern for the so called administrator. He is only interested in dating services and gambling. Don't waste your money by joining. I am currently a member of the site, but when my subscription runs out, there is no way I would contemplate rejoining.

    I joined the site in 2002, but because of the sites administration decided my money could be better spent elsewhere

    My view of www.servicepals.com... after having tried to use it for three weeks and having indicated, in dozens of attempts to get logged, that I have forgotten my user name and password, as far as I am aware I have not yet had a response - merely say you are broken down (which I don't believe) or tell me my e-mail address already exists - which you would expect I'd already know that, since each time I've asked for a reminder of my user name/password it was me who told you my e-mail address and i ...

    Update the email addresses, or contact details, or check when the members in box was last used, if not in use after 6 months Service Pal should send the money back as the service is not being used..

    The so called updated Service Pals site is as slow as the old one and offers nothing new. To say it helps you find ex-service friends is fatuous, unless you're on line when your long lost buddy posts his name, you've got no chance. The one moderator who ran a "Find a Friend" service was booted off by management.

    Do not expect a reply to any correspondence you send to the reputed administrator.
