    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Everything


    General comments: I bought a microphone from Pens Direct but it doesn't work. Staff are very unhelpful, the delivery charges were excessive, and the goods come late. I would never use them again.

    Pens Direct offer a good price however delivery was a little too long.

    I returned the pen that I got from Pens Direct. In the meantime they failed to return calls and emails. Six times to date they have failed to reply, and they have no regard for customers!

    I ordered a very expensive Parker pen before Xmas. Although it was out of stock at the time Pens Direct emailed to offer an alternative, but I decided to wait and the pen arrived after about 7 working days.
