    Good Points: Poor service!


    Bad Points: Very poor or no service, they never ring you back. Hard to get hold of an advisor. .


    General comments: I bought two money back contracts with Club Mobile. I was supposed to get money back 8 times and I got it just twice when I faxed them every month's bill, not just quarterly. I have never seen such a bad service from any company in the UK.

    Club Mobile advised me that I would need to post quarterly bills, which I have done, but apparently I should have kept proof of postage so now no money back, SCAM.

    I agreed to a 12 month contract of £40 per month with Club Mobile. Club Mobile were to refund £20 of this each month. I have had the contract for 12 months and have not received one refund, despite numerous telephone calls and emails.

    I have posted invoices every quarter, in line with the agreement, but they say they have only received one lot. So instead of having a refund of £180, I have not had a penny. They say I am due £60, and I am too late to claim the rest!! ...

    I got a good full rental refund deal on a £40 per month contract from Club Mobile. Refunds were due every 3 months on a one year contract. I received the first payment OK, but there were major delays with the second repayment, and I could not contact anyone by phone. I wrote to the chief executive and got a response within 48 hours, and my second payment within a week. I have just received my third payment on time. I hope the fourth will be OK!     I went into this with my eyes open. I knew it was a new contract not an upgrade, as the sales team said. 1-0 to me so I thought. What a deal; a new phone and 1/2 price line rental for a year! But wait until you try to claim it back from Club Mobile in January. I am still waiting, and I have made phone calls and sent emails, still no money.     I received my first 3 months cashback from Club Mobile after a long delay, but after repeated phone calls when you eventually get cut off, and numerous emails, I have still not received my 2nd and 3rd quarter cashbacks. Today they have paid a sum of money into my account which does not tally with the amount they should pay at all. I have again spent 25 minutes on hold waiting for a reply and again nothing. I would not recommend Club Mobile to anyone and will be taking my complaint to Oftel.

    I'm on a £40 per month contract, and I am due back all of it on a zero rent deal with 3 through Club Mobile. They sent the first quarter money, but they haven't sent the second quarter money, and it is 8 weeks after I sent the bill (by recorded delivery). I have tried to get hold of them without success. I have decided to cut my losses and reduced my tariff with 3 to £30 a month for now, and then I will bring it down to £20 a month.

    I am also having problem with Club Mobile and their money back system. They didn't pay for the first quarter - For the second quarter I can't even contact them to see why they haven't paid - after 3 and half months now. Plus, I am due to loose the third quarter in a few days as it is absolutely impossible to contact them.

    I hate Club Mobile!

    Has anyone got the old terms and conditions for Club Mobile????

    When I first joined with a Three contract they said that rebates had to be sent to bring line rental down from £40 to £14 in months 7, 10 and 13 and didn't really expand on that.

    I did what they said, and they rejected my claim because they said I had broken their terms. It's hardly surprising; because I looked at their website and their terms have changed to the most complicated terms and co ...
