    General comments: Gaylord's Hair Salon was the worst hair experience of my life. I know the name should have given it away, but I was brave and as they had a reopening I thought I'd try. The salon itself it dire. Bland and cheap. The 'senior stylist' that cut my hair was more interested in talking about her boyfriend and bad mouthing her boss. She cut my hair exactly how I asked her not to cut it asnd it looked absolutley awful. I never thought I was the sort or person to cry over a bad haircut! I bought several hats straight after and went into hiding! Avoid at all costs
