Good Points: Interior design and feel of car.
Bad Points: Where to start! Head gasket has gone twice in two years, problems with clutch, electric roof, head lights...
Parts cost a fortune.
General comments: Worst car I have ever owned, do NOT buy one.

On the plus side the Land Rover Freelander has been really very good. We have used it on a range of journeys A, B roads and motorways and it does drink petrol quite quickly (aerodynamics of a brick and weight of an elephant). Very comfy driving position and loads of room the radio seems quite good also. We chose not to have it serviced by the dealership as they charge Range Rover prices.
On the negative side the plastic dash is cheap and being tall I can not see the dials.- Read daveyh70's review (107 words)
