Good Points: None what so ever

Bad Points: I feel I experienced poor quality service. I am convinced the stock on the web does not actually exist.

General comments: I purchased a bathroom mirror via their website. The Mirror never arrived. When I phoned to enquire, they blamed Royal Mail and said that they would investigate.
Two weeks later I had received no reply, so I phoned them which they stated that they were still waiting for Royal Mail to come back to them. After this I could no longer seem to contact them as the phone number supplied on the website just kept ringing whenever I tried it.
I did manage to contact them a few weeks later.
I finally got my money back, only because I was persistant.

The Discount Bathroom only seem to have mobile numbers listed on their website and no other contact information.

I purcased a top quality Matki shower enclosure which included a Matki shower mixer, riser bar and shower head. The Discount Bathroom gave quality advice and delivery was spot on and delivered on time, all items were well protected especially the glass units,it took two builders to carry just the shower tray upstairs!The wooden pre shower slatted standing board had split (that's wood for you) but I phoned the shop and another board was sent out straight away, every morning now is like showering ...
