  Good Points: the brush delivers mascara smoothly. Two coats gives long lashes no clumps at all brilliant.

  General comments: I have tried to find a comparable mascara a little cheaper as this is quite expensive. I am unable to find anything. I have also used more expensive mascara but I always return to lancome they make the best ever. Worth paying. You end up wasting money if you buy anything else believe me!!!!

  Probably the best mascara on the market, and I have tried dozens. Washes off easily with no residue in the eye, unlike Hypnose where I had to use industrial strength remover to get it off and then clean my eye out with a bud. It's expensive but can be found on ebay at a discount.

  Tried all the Lancome mascaras over the years but this is my favourite. This one makes me feel sexy.

  I usually buy Hypnose but thought I'd give this a try and have to say for me, I think it's better - gives my lashes that x-factor! Length, volume but not fake looking!

  I heat an eyelash curler with a hairdryer for just a few seconds - make sure it's not too hot before using and hold on lashes for 30 seconds then apply mascara for a fab result that stays. I'm a brunette and I use the brown mascara. I've tried several other mascaras but always come back to this - I think it's a great product.

  I wanted a mascara that did not look clumpy and clog your lashes together. This is great for that long thick lash look with separeted lashes which give a natural look. Recommended for day or night wear. It's not the cheapest at around £19 but definitely worth it.

  Lancome Definicils is black enough to have an effect but not overdone, smooth texture, long lasting, love it.
