Good Points: Synthetic stock model looks great to those with more 'military' tastes. Multi shot. good consistency on power.
Bad Points: Need to use high scope mounts. Manual rotation of magazine. Too many things to go wrong in this gun. Not anything like as robust as it looks.
General comments: Just got rid of my Eagle. Was synthetic stock model. when i first got it it was great, accurate out to 40 odd yards with 1/2" groups. bit wafty after that. Had to return it to Logun for service as internal seals kept blowing. furthermore if u with to replace the o ring inside the barrel breech u need to remove the bracket around the air res and the barrel, This is an absolute nightmare to reset accurately without a workshop, bench and testing range, the patience of a saint and a hell of a lot of luck. Without a silencer it is horrifyingly loud. The safety is through the body type, awful grating thing. Too easy to knock. The manual rotation of mag led to my son forgetting where he was up to and on one occasion ended up with two pellets(penetrators) in the barrel, he fired it, and promptly blew the barrel o ring out, another week of hell in the workshop. The cocking bolt felt rough, the mechanism not smooth. All this from a brand new off the shelf model. the gun at £400 odd, Courier to Logun center, 2 x full service @ 60 odd quid a pop, three barrel strips etc add up to Not very good value in this boys book. I could not in clear conscience recommend this rifle. My AAS200's out perform it on every level.

I have taken my Eagle back to the shop as I had nothing but problems with it and I am glad to see the back of it. This was quoted as airgun of the year, worst airgun of the year maybe.

Sorry for being so harsh but i've working in the gun trade for nearly 20 years and this is the first time i've left a rating on line, but i really feel that what has been said about this gun is a load of old tosh fueled only by the colossal advertising budget of Simmons/AGS/Webley/Logun etc etc....and someone should put the record straight!

This Logun Eagle is a kind of rifle that when you set eyes upon it is either a rifle you love or loathe. The first thing I notticed was the synthetic stock which was a little uncomfy. But very good for indoor work where you need a rifle that can take a few knocks and dents. There is also a wooden stocked version available which in my opinion looks and feels better and is suited to all round work. The model I tested was the synthetic stocked version with rubber insert grip aids along forend and p ...

The Logun Eagle .22 is always going to be a rifle you will love or hate . I have always owned the traditional air rifle with wooden stocks (several of them) but the Eagle caught my eye and once I had picked it up , couldn't bring myself to putting it back on the shelf . It was very light and well balanced . I liked the idea of it being multi shot but also having a single shot tray included . The only small problem I found was that flat headed pellets such as Verminpell/Matchpell were quite hard ...

After spending the last year with my Logun Solo I decided it was time for a change, so between Christmas and New Year off I went to my local airgun outlet to see what he had. There it was the new Logun Eagle the last one of 4 and I had to have it. Full Combo £440, much quieter with a Weirauch silencer as opposed to the Logun. Excellent design features easy to handle straight from the box but much more comfortable once the butt plate has been adjusted and set. I found it to have that bit mo ...
