    Good Points: None


    Bad Points: Double charged and not refunded


    General comments: I was sold a ticket by a Dial A Flight rep, but when at the airport it was refused at check-in. They said I needed to pay again and that they would refund my first payment. However, after many weeks of trying, lost emails, and unavailable reps; I have never been refunded.

    Dial a Flight.com

    I called Dialaflight.com up for a round trip flight London to Melbourne. They quoted me. I confirmed. Dialaflight.com took ALL my Credit card details.

    Half hour later, Dial a flight called and said there was a problem with availability on one of the travel routes and would call me the next day to confirm.

    There was no call the next day. I chased up and they said the person who dealt with my flight would call back.
