    I have had talkloop for 3 or 4 years and you cannot beat its price and efficiency of service for international calling. There is no sales hoopla, it is plain and simple to use. I have gotten the "lines are busy" message occasionally, but I have gotten through a few moments later.

    I have been using talkloop since it started and I am very happy with the service provided by talkloop. The rates are good, and the quality of the calls is decent. They dont have a phone number to call to in case of a problem, but they promptly respond by email and resolve the issue. I would recommend everyone to try their services.

    TalkLoop's rates are low, and there are no hidden fees other than a 75 cent charge if you call from a pay phone. I have used TalkLoop as my long distance service for five years. I really like that there aren't any weird fees tacked on--I use the phone a lot and this has turned out to be a pretty good deal.

    I would like to give a better point rating, except my biggest complaint is that the connection quality is often not very good, or will deteriorate during a call. When I can't understand what ...

    Right now I am having a problem. For the last 2 days I'm trying to call Germany. When I dial the number I get the following response :"I am sorry we are unable to place your call at this time." I know that the number I'm dialling is legitimate. I sent an e-mail yesterday and one today asking for an explanation, but no response as of yet.I can find no phone number to contact them.

    The present time service at Talk Loop is so terrible most calls have to be terminated due to VERY poor connections. I have been trying for 6 months to get the problem corrected. 30 days ago I requested my remaining money refunded. They have yet to answer my email and have NO telephone number that I can find to contact them.

    Absolutely reasonable long distance tele service, suggest you post an obvious procedure for Talk Loop renewal - The only bad point for me was the renewal procedure not obvious - too much BS on the home page. Apart from this I well recommend www.TalkLoop.com.

    Cheap ($0.02/min for continental US, 0.039 via an 800#). They can use caller ID to identify you from your home phone, so you don't have to enter codes. Can program 10 "speed dial" numbers into your account. Accept payment by cc or PayPal. Online account info and 3-month call history.
    I'm happy with the service. I don't make a lot of LD calls, but I've been using them about a year and haven't had any problems (except occasionally forgetting to go through them, and getting zinged by my 1+ carrier ...

    There are lot's more in my experience...
    - My calls don't seem go through most of the time
    - As far as I am aware I get charged even though connection has not gone through
    - As far as I am concerned there is no customer service phone number to discuss your issues with their service?
    - Disturbed calls
    - Dead air
    I do not recommend www.TalkLoop.com.

    My friend told me about Talk Loop, then I did some research and had pretty good feeling about them. I have been very happy with their service, support and of course calling rate.
